Flat with stunning views from the three balconies. The flat is very clean and cosy. We booked the apartment in the morning as we needed a late check-in and the flat was ready in a short time. The instructions from the Alessandro were very clear and with pictures. Also the apartments are dog friendly which is great!

Superb stay at Lorenza's, very welcoming and discreet host, who was able to meet all our needs and who made the effort to speak French with us. The accommodation is very functional, the terrace is beautiful (watch out for mosquitoes in the evening) accommodation equipped with mosquito nets. A small air conditioner would be a plus but she provides us with fans on request. Very nice and peaceful area, however a car is essential because amenities are a few kilometers away. Lorenza, thank you for your sympathy and your excellent lemon pie, this attention touched us very much, we enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed at Paula's to visit villages. The Host came to pick us up at the beginning of the road to facilitate the journey to the house. Very kind. Very quiet place with a nice terrace. Ideal for relaxing in the evening. An unforgettable holiday. Thank you

Very pleasant stay by the sea. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the apartment is cool and well ventilated. There are also excellent restaurants within walking distance. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and comfort just a stone's throw from the sea. Fabiola and her mom were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

The apartment was a sensation! However, you should be good on foot because you have to walk a bit - and the ascent to the city is more for athletes :) If you are looking for a design apartment in the middle of medieval flair, you will definitely get your money's worth here!

We were delighted with the generosity and amenities of the apartment. Everything was there, even packaged food and drinks for the first day. The view from the terrace to the sea is very beautiful and the location of the apartment in an old village is very quiet. Parking was unproblematic thanks to Camilla's instructions. We had an unforgettable week in Cristina’s beautiful home, which is fantastically located in the center of Sanremo. The house is very clean, comfortable, with many things you might need. The huge private garden is simply magnificent, I enjoyed watering the plants near the house early in the morning or late in the evening. From Cristina’s home it is easy to walk to the center, to the beach, and also very easy to get out of the city to visit the many interesting places around Sanremo, as well as in France, Monaco. Communication with Christina is very easy. Our highest recommendations for this property. We would be happy to return in the future.

This is a wonderful little apartment, with a fantastic view from the balcony. It's all quite old-fashioned, but exceptional value for money and Andrea is one of the friendliest hosts I've ever experienced on AirBnB. The village is enormously entertaining, we particularly enjoyed hanging out in the village square and watching all of the many many cats.

Location as described in a very quiet area overlooking the hill. Fabrizio has always been available and responsive in his answers. House equipped with everything you need both for the night and for the kitchen which was equipped with practically everything. Beautiful weekend

From the first contact, check-in, stay to check-out, everything was perfect. The landlords were always there when something happened, whether help was needed (breakdown with our car) or tips for the area were needed. But never intrusive and virtually "invisible" during the stay. Very lovely and nice people :) We were there with our two children (1 and 3 years old). On request, a cot and a high chair were arranged before arrival. What the pictures even hide is the beautiful view of the sea from the outside area :) Furniture and furnishings typically Italian. No frills, but everything is clean and tidy. Large parking space outside the house. Flexible check-in, we arrived at 5 a.m. Kitchen fully equipped with mocha coffee pot. Beautiful small outdoor area with garden and sunbathing area. We'll be back. Clear recommendation.

We stayed a few days in Riccardo's accommodation and, if we have the opportunity, we will gladly return. Responsive, very kind and helpful host, spacious accommodation (we have 2 children aged 5 and 2 and a half), clean and equipped with all comforts. Excellent location, a stone's throw from free and equipped beaches, shops and a children's play area. Highly recommended.

Very good location for hiking or cycling. In the evening to stroll around to have a cocktail or something, the location is not optimal. You always have to drive down to the promenade. Parking is about 50 meters from the house. The kitchen could use more outlets. There are all the necessary appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), unfortunately not together because there are too few sockets in the kitchen. Extension cables with multiple outlets might be useful. In the evening it is nice and quiet in the village and there is a pleasant fresh wind blowing. In the village itself there are 2 exclusive restaurants (so no pizzeria) with very good food. Reservation necessary! In addition, there is another take away, which you have to pre-order the food. Lots of cats and dogs. A typical southern mountain village. Along the coast to the west, beautiful villages. Monaco and Nice are also not far away. Sanremo is very nice for shopping.

I stayed at Elisa's place with my elderly parents, perfect for us accustomed to large indoor spaces and the garden. It was like being at home. Elisa was an impeccable host: helpful, kind, always available and ready to help. I've given my best to all the amenities.

Marco's and Paola'a house is beautiful, well equipped, with spacious garden and we had amazing time. Paola is the most friendly and warm host you can imagine. The region is great too, with number of attractions to visit just a short ride away. The only lowlight for us was mosquitoes, even that I have taken some sprays nothing worked, only the over the beds nets, so my advise to start using them straight away as this traditional way against them. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we would love to stay again, grazie mille :)

We had some great relaxing days. The price is a bit high, but quite right. The only downside was the very hard beds. With a dog, the property is a win, as there are no meadows. A dog spot about 1.5 km away but very small and for large dogs. We highly recommend it. Nespresso with capsules, a lot of good dishes, everything is available in the kitchen. Cosmetic items( soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) are available. With the translation app, the communication via Wh….app with Avenola was very great. Reply always and immediately, thank you so much for your super care, Grazie Car was safe on the enclosed property. Neighbors were very nice. We can only recommend everyone to take a vacation there. The balcony is amazing.

We only spent one night in this beautiful apartment, but it was enough to appreciate all its qualities. We were four friends and we had a great time: the apartment is very spacious and has two very comfortable double bedrooms, both with a wonderful view of the sea. At night, with the windows closed, you can hear the sound of the waves. The location is perfect: very close to the parking lot, the center of Pietra Ligure, and the beach. Sara was very kind and helpful from the start. His directions were always clear and precise. We will definitely keep it in mind for our next trips to the area.

Perfect stay, beautiful location in the old town. Very well maintained, secure and with everything you need for your stay. The balcony is lovely both for breakfast and for quiet time in the evening.
