Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Laillé

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Caroline is very welcoming, I recommend this accommodation, it is very clean, large, close to the train station, less than 20 minutes from Rennes train station. I had a better time.

Very functional accommodation, everything is done to pleasantly welcome visitors. Small touches in each room, (water bottles, treats for breakfast, coffee capsule, etc.) the instructions are clear and precise for everyday life (rules of good conduct, etc.) and everything is well organized.

Very clean, well-equiped studio in the heart of the historic center. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet as it faces a courtyard and not the street. Easy check out. (Only cautionary note is accessing the bed requires a ladder climb up to a low-ceiling loft, which for anyone with mobility issues would be a challenge.) Finally, appreciated the personal greeting and timely communication with the host Valerie. Highly recommend!

Very good stay in this quiet country house but benefiting from a beautiful location since it is located a few minutes from the road infrastructure facilitating travel to Rennes and its surroundings. House particularly well maintained and very well equipped with quality utensils, accessories and furniture. Very friendly welcome and particularly responsive host.

We had a great time!! The space is beautifully decorated, every detail is thought to make the stay comfortable. The hot tub is a real plus, perfect for relaxing!! We had taken the breakfast option, and we don't regret it at all: everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. Thank you for this beautiful "parenthesis" of relaxation

Perfect for a short stay for 4! 2 adults 2 children and a dog. Very good value for money. Note that the common garden is not adjacent to the accommodation. stadium with basketball court and skateboard nearby, very popular with children! We recommend!

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The terrace with the jacuzzi in the middle of a wooded area was perfect for our family weekend, the little children were able to enjoy the large terrace and the wooded area. I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing place, the hosts were responsive. Thanks to them, a very well-equipped house to host and feel good. Even the board games have been thought of!! The house is located in a green setting, surrounded by forest, no noise apart from that of nature comes to disturb your tranquility. Extremely well equipped (kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, washing machine, dishwasher, baby equipment), tastefully decorated, it is clean and comfortable for a family. The large jacuzzi is a real plus! We recharged and had an incredible stay. Thank you Elodie!
