At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Charlène’s place was absolutely fantastic, beautifully located in the lovely Fresney-le-Puceux village, just by the river, and close to Caen/Normandy beaches etc… This old water mill is so beautifully restored, and one can truly feel all the history of the place as well as the care and love that has been put into making it beautiful, comfortable and inviting. We’re already thinking of going back there next year!

Julie's place is lovely, well located for visiting different locations around Normandy and a beautiful area to drive around. The place itself was really well equipped and was a lovely place to stay. The terrace overlooking the garden was so peaceful and the views were lovely. We fell in love with the area and would love to come back and visit again in the future. The hosts were kind and friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area.
