The stay felt like staying at home itself. Very peaceful and private. Rona was very proactive. Everything was great except the refrigerator was not cooling enough. And kitchen equipment’s were little fragile and old few of them needs to be changed or replaced. Rest, loved the stay Would come again

My first air bnb adventure in delhi, I normally stay in hotels. Great terrace room, well located and equipped. Clean and friendly. Viraj may have said somewhere that it’s a walk up without a lift and it’s 4 flights of stairs to climb. The staff help with the luggage but it’s not for the weak kneed or faint hearted. Otherwise perfect

This is one of the best places I have stayed! The place feels like home and it's extremely clean. It's a fully serviced space and it's located in a very calm area which was super comfortable for me. Talking about the host - Kunal. He was always available on calls and his hospitality was top notch. I would definitely go back here without an iota of doubt. Cheers to the co-host poonam as well. Whilst Aashwin’s place is more pricey than others the location is very good and standards were where you’d expect anywhere globally. Very polite and responsive and the extra thoughtful touches in terms of snacks provided were a nice touch. Agree with some other reviews that bathrooms could do with some TLC (kitchen cabinets too) but comparative to others in Delhi it’s not out of keeping but was clean (not all of Delhi is). A slightly interesting entrance and no lift made it tricky with baggage but once inside felt safe and was relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Good for a new visitor to Delhi anting to be near restaurants and Deer Park but also good for frequent travelling /someone needing to be in the south Delhi area.

Had a decent stay

The room was on the smaller side, but it was very neat, clean, and maintained to a good hygiene standard. All major tourist attractions were located nearby, which made sightseeing extremely convenient. The metro station was also easily accessible, just around 2 km away. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Ramesh who were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. His dedication to guest comfort truly stood out during my stay. I would recommend it for travelers looking for a clean and conveniently located place to stay.

My go-to place to stay in Delhi. Can see only green by the large windows, and its super spacious for the price. Sagar is super responsive and has made it very very cozy to stay in. Interiors are very well done and the maid is very regular to help keep it speck clean. And there’s a great Fitpass gym less than 5 min walk away. Just a couple of things: it can get a little warm near the windows on hot days since AC is in the room, and there’s no microwave. But the kitchen is awesomely equipped otherwise and the large fridge and gas stove are a blessing.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a space that was exactly as shown clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The quiet surroundings, the feeling of safety, and the overall comfort made it a true escape from the chaos of daily life. Every little detail was thoughtfully provided, making our stay incredibly convenient and peaceful. A big shoutout to our amazing host Keshav and the ever-helpful caretaker bhaiya — both of them ensured we had everything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. If you’re looking for a calm and comfortable getaway, this place is a 10/10. Don’t think twice just book it. You won’t regret it!

What a great little apartment and neighborhood! Parvinder's apartment was clean, quiet, and well equipped (solid wifi, great aircon) with an adorable balcony view on the neighboring historical site. Arrival was a little daunting as it is pedestrian only, but Parvinder had someone onsite to help navigate and get settled. Hauz Khas Village has plenty to discover with some great shops, cafes and restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely come back!
