Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Alfred

As described, the place was very clean and inviting. The setup was pretty nice, and it was very quiet. There were three units in total, one on each side. I think we all were respectful to each other during our stay. Parking was no problem. The directions to find the place were clear and Lakeland is a lovely town , which is a nice area with plenty of things to do. It was a great stay.

Loved this place. Brand spanking new, nicely themed and decorated, host was great and accommodating...can't complain. Me and the family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

I want to express my gratitude to Jovanni. The house was lovely and cozy. It was spotless, and we had a great time enjoying the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated our stay.

We are so thankful to lux for his wonderful hospitality with the Airbnb. It was perfect for our family as we attended a wedding 5 minutes away. He was more than willing to accommodate our needs and went above and beyond our expectations! We are so happy to have found this place and had a wonderful time!

I really enjoyed my stay here at Laurie’s place! Nice and serene, the lake accross the street is beautiful, the stay itself was well equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for all of your general needs. Will stay again if I’m in the area, Laurie is so personable and such a pleasant host.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for what we needed. We were there for a soccer tournament at the Lake Myrtle sports complex (only 7 minutes away). The place was clean as soon as we walked through the front door. Very well stocked. The outside area is a fun hangout spot. We definitely utilized the pool. It's a quiet street. There are so many pretty lakes in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping about 8 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Gary and Sara sent clear instructions to make check in simple after a day of travel. The space is inviting, comfortable, and worked really well for our circumstances (two couples with children meeting up to go to Legoland). Gary and Sara definitely are prepared for children visitors, even including a stool for the bathroom sink and safety precautions. The location is in very close proximity to Legoland, grocery stores, and restaurants. Our favorite part was the outdoor space with the enclosed patio and the outdoor pool. We would stay here again!

The owners were incredibly responsive, and I felt that they really went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. Great for families. Close to Legoland. Lots of love about the place!

The house was even more spacious than expected. Easy to find, super safe-feeling and quiet neighborhood. The house was incredibly clean and well-organized, and was more stocked with essentials than any other house I’ve stayed in with my family.

Our family stayed here for our summer trip to Legoland. The house was perfect for our family of six with plenty of space! It was super clean and had a beautiful outdoor porch area that our family really enjoyed. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all felt right at home. We especially liked the sound machines in each room! The only “issue” was the driveway was small and with the neighbor’s broken fence leaning onto the property, it makes for a tight squeeze for your vehicle. However, the host was amazing at communicating and made us aware of the fence issue ahead of time, letting us know they have gone through the proper channels to hopefully get the neighbors to repair the fence. Overall, the stay was great and we would definitely stay here again!!

The villa was absolutely amazing, better than the pictures. The house was super spacious for all 5 adults. Shuttle to the parks was convenient and on time. Host gave us a schedule to help navigate. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Living room was large and comfortable. Loved relaxing on the back patio overlooking the golf course. Host were on top of everything and made our stay absolutely perfect!

We had a great vacation! We loved the amenities and took full advantage of the resort style pools when we were not at the parks (Disney/Universal). Gustavo was a great host, very responsive. Check in and check out instructions were easy/clear which made for a great start/ending to our vacation. The condo overlooks the golf course which was really nice as well. Thank you again for having us!

Ana was always super responsive, and incredibly flexible and helpful with the apartment's vehicle registration when my flight was delayed past the front office being closed.

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The apartment was so cute and cozy, super clean and spacious. It is in a gated property so itself safe and overall a great location. If and when I am back in town, I will definitely stay here again.

wat een fijn verblijf hebben wij gehad zeg! de ruimtes zijn zoals beschreven, mooi, groot en schoon. alles voelde heel ruim aan en erg huiselijk aan. de vele zwembaden waren een fijne verfrissing. en de Disney parken heerlijk in de buurt. oh en dan vergeet ik bijna de leuk gedecoreerde Star Wars kamer waar onze kinderen met veel plezier hebben geslapen. mochten wij nog een keer naar Disney gaan, slapen wij hier graag nog een keer.

Would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone ! We had an amazing time and felt so safe and comfortable. There was everything we needed and lots of amenities on the property. Very responsive host and will be staying again in future

5/5 stars! Gerardo was an amazing host, provided detailed instructions upon arrival and departure. They are detailed instructions on how to get tvs to work. Condo was super clean upon arrival. Plenty of parking. Very quiet and safe location. Pool area is very close to the location of the building. Overall amazing place to stay at. Definitely would come back!
