A walking distance from everything worth seeing & doing downtown! Extra roomy for 2 & very comfy for 3 guests, bright & quiet. Fast internet, a swimming pool and gyms nearby, 2 parks across the road, the Vitosha mountains within view - this is a great place to explore, work or chill out! We do things in person (still) so expect to meet me or my mum at your arrival. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accommodate arrivals after 8pm. However we are happy to let you check out late - by 5pm!

Small apartment that offers every kind of comfort one would need. It is located on a perfect 2nd floor of an aristocratic building. We absolutely loved Kristina's place and would try to book it for future visits as well. Location was amazing, literally at the heart of Sofia, close to everything. We were a bit worried about the trams outside but we actually werent bothered by the noise at all. we stayed almost 2 weeks and felt right at home, Kristina was a great host - always responsive!

Great little spot. Stayed for a month and would have stayed longer. Close to plenty of restaurants and shops. It is a 3rd floor walk up which I assumed it would be. I only mention this so people can plan properly with their luggage. There is also construction happening directly behind the building but it wasn’t disruptive while I was there. Instead I was serenaded by the music school next door (if I was home during the day, was very lovely). Would honestly love to stay here again in the future if it is available.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Sofia apartment! The space was spotless, spacious, and full of natural light, with three comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room for our group. We loved the open living area and the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for relaxed meals at home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in the heart of the city. The check-in process was seamless and the host was extremely responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. Two modern bathrooms meant no waiting, and strong WiFi made it easy to stay connected. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this AirBNB to anyone visiting Sofia—it exceeded our expectations and made our visit memorable!

I couldn’t have chosen a more central spot both for going for a run at the park close by and making the walking tour - great spot. I was also inspired on how they made the apartment so condensed and efficient with space. Their check in instructions were especially clear and well thought out.
