Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

If you want a really special adventure, then you should try this completely self-contained Mini house, hidden under the trees on the shore of the small lake, equipped with all comforts. Our guest house is located in the old town of Balatonfüred, about 30 minutes' walk from Lake Balaton. The mini house is located in the guest house's garden, away from the main building. It can be reached by a small winding road through a beautiful park field.

Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. For families, hiking, Balaton summer, the Sage house is a great way to relax. Both levels can be heated/cooled by air conditioning, The lower level has a huge terrace that walks around with 180° views of the surrounding mountains.
