Great place super close to berthing

Needed a place to decompress after visiting Family and this was the perfect spot! We really enjoyed being able to play pool in the garage! What a great surprise! Let’s do it again!

Mario’s place was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean and had everything you’d need. The house was spotless with a huge laundry room. There were pool toys available and a great outdoor seating area near the pool! Lots of spacious bedrooms and very comfy beds. Will definitely stay at this house again! 10/10(:

We enjoyed our stay here as a bigger group with a little baby. Spacious, clean and private. Kitchen fully stocked, two bathrooms and 4 beds was great for our group. The location is a little out there, and with traffic, getting to Orlando can be a bit crazy. It does take a good 30 minutes to Disney and 1 hour to OCC convention center, depending on time of day. But we can’t control traffic, otherwise the place was great!

The Welcome When we pulled up, the air already felt different—lighter somehow, calmer. Don himself is a reflection of the place he runs: kind, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making your stay everything it can be. He didn’t just hand over the keys; he opened the door to an experience. You could tell right away that he cares, not just about his property but about the people who walk through his gates. Home Away from Home Inside the Airbnb, everything was just right. The space was cozy and inviting, but also clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. It felt like it was made with heart, not just business in mind. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the bed? The kind you sink into and forget the world for a while. It wasn’t just a place to sleep—it was a place to live. By the end of our stay, it didn’t feel like we were leaving an Airbnb. It felt like we were saying goodbye to a relative’s home—one that you actually want to visit again and again.

The number one thing I loved was Michael’s communication. His replies were quick but thorough. He really took the time to explain and recommend things to do, and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Secondly there’s parking literally right in front of the door which makes unloading luggage a breeze. Quiet environment, comfortable beds, the kids loved the toys 🧸. It was a 10/10 stay! :)

We enjoyed our stay for our family of six. The location was good, it was nice and roomy, and near a Walmart which was helpful. We enjoyed swimming at the many pools that were accessible to the property. My only complaints are that the kitchen wasn't as well stocked as the photos showed, and it would be nice if they left us more household items (such as more than two packets of dishwashing soap, 2 garbage bags, etc.). We were definitely running the dishwasher more than twice during our stay, and it's just a hassle to buy those things at the store when we only needed a couple more. Maybe a suggestion is to supply the house based on the days of stay. However, these are not things that would bring the rating down for me because I felt like the host was great at communicating, I would recommend it to friends, and we would stay there again.

I've been a regular visitor to Story Lake for the last three years, staying at various properties, and each one has been a delight. This latest stay was no exception – the property was not only beautiful but also perfectly located. The host was incredibly responsive, making the experience even more seamless. I'm already looking forward to my next trip back! Highly recommend!

Great spot to stay. Close to everything

Kyle’s apartment was extremely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. He communicated very well and check in was very convenient and well instructed. My favorite part about this booking is to be able to park inside of a garage. I most definitely recommend and will book again in the future.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. We loved the walking path around the lake and made frequent use of the hot tub and lazy river after long days at the theme parks. Perfect location, convenient to both Disney and Universal. Plenty of space for our family of four to spread out and be comfortable. Will stay here again for sure!

This was amazing getaway for me and my family. My son is stationed at Patrick Space force base and I brought my 3 other children. We went to universal studios and legoland. In our downtime we got to lounge in the pool. It was such a cozy space for all of us. If we ever go back we will absolutely be booking again.

It is very nice . Just as described if not more than. Felt like a home. Loved the swimming pools. I would go back there anytime I need a vacation! Victor is very accommodating and very nice to deal with!

A great stay. Really. The entire property is very well planned and maintained. A definite “cabin in the woods” atmosphere. Location is also a huge plus; it’s not in the middle of Orlando/Disney crowd, but not too far away from town. Already looking forward to another stay.

I absolutely loved this place and so did my pup. Mrs. Cheryl and her husband are the best, the cabin was so clean and beautiful. I definitely recommend coming to this beautiful relaxing paradise. we will definitely be back

amazing property. great getaway from the hustle and bustle. It was very well designed and tastefully done. Lots of walking area. We hated that our stay was so short. We wanted to stay longer. we'll be definitely coming back.

This location was absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Loved the toys for the kiddos and the host and neighbors were very attentive and friendly! The host is a yacht captain and likely doesn’t have good phone service so if you need anything the neighbor is very helpful :) I would stay again!

Beautiful and peaceful stay. Pristine cabin and property. Amazing host. Lots of space for my dog to run around and for us to go on nature walks - with zero bugs! 5 stars all around, would book again in a heartbeat!
