Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lake Chapala

Nos gustó mucho la casa, fue agradable y bonita. Muy seguro y atentos a las solicitudes que tuvimos con el anfitrión, siempre se mantuvieron pendientes y guiándonos. La casa se adaptó para nuestro viaje en familia y quedamos encantados de esa calidez de un hogar y la comodidad. Con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía, aparte la ubicación muy buena y la zona muy tranquila para descansar y movernos de un lugar a otro.

Ya he tenido algunos años usando la plataforma y nunca había encontrado algo que la calidad superara al precio. Elizabeth siempre estuvo atenta y Pilar la persona que nos recibió fue demasiado amable. Tenía amenidades que no esperaba en el baño: un mini kit con lo que pudieras necesitar (rastrillo, toallitas desmaquillantes, algodones, incluso por si se averiaban tus lentes). También los bocadillos en la mañana fueron un plus. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Si regreso a Chapala, sin duda me quedaría ahí.

Super amable y atenta la pesona que me atendio, me invitaron un desayuno excelente, la zona tranquila se descansa super, por la noche una tranquilidad impresionante, sin lugar a duda volvere, gracias por la ate cion.

Es un lugar de ensueño! Totalmente recomendado. Es un lugar absolutamente hermoso y muy tranquilo. Fueron totalmente amables serviciales y en general fue una maravillosa experiencia que nunca olvidaré. No duden en hospedarse aquí!!! Lo amé totalmente. Muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones

El lugar es muy lindo, limpio, ordenado. Con muchísimas amenidades y tal cual como en las fotos. Lo único malo es que nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría. No dejé correr el agua más de 5 minutos para evitar más desperdicio y así tuvimos que tomar la ducha con agua fría. La localización es muy cerca del centro y restaurante que es un punto bueno, pero lo malo es que se escucha todo el tiempo el ir y venir de autos porque está sobre la avenida principal y me fue difícil descansar. La atención del personal muy amable!

Casa del Sol is a beautiful inn with a warm pool, terraces (a mirador), and a lovely spacious breakfast area. The breakfast order is submitted the evening before and when you come down for breakfast, they have everything ready for you. The coffee and breakfast were delicious, staff was friendly. There is also coffee and tea available throughout the day in a terrace room near the pool. There are sculptures and paintings by local artists that are on exhibit (and for sale). There are a couple of restaurants very close and they are very good. The plaza is about 5-6 blocks away with more eating options. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I had a veranda that looked over the pool and it was great to have that space available. I would have liked a firmer bed otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. I hope to stay here again. Elizabeth and the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

Muy lindo lugar!! La limpieza excelente! Las margaritas deliciosas! La amenidad de café que tienen está riquísimo! El desayuno, todo nos encantó! La alberca fresca y súper solita! See my main review but Elizabeth is fantastic. She’s not only super nice but super attentive and ready to help with whatever you may need. Had a great time and I definitely recommend the hotel. Super cute and centrally located to boot.

My stay at Estrellita’s inn was perfect! The location is the best in town. One block from the lake, two blocks from the plaza and church and within short walking distance to marvelous restaurants. My favorites are Teocintle and Ajijic Tango. The rooms are all decorated tastefully with Mexican artifacts. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have large ‘thirsty towels’. The innkeepers are very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. The full hot breakfasts are tasty with lots of fresh fruit, they have a cafe inside the Bed and Breakfast called El Gato Feo Café + Roastery with "Bullet Proof" coffee and other assorted specialty coffees all roasted on site from organic coffee from Nayarit Mexico. I highly recommend this small jewel in the heart of Ajijic!

Me sentí como en casa, la atención fue muy personal. El staff maravilloso gente muy jovial, alegre, dispuestos a ayudar y orientar. Lorraine muy al pendiente de todo. El lugar muy bonito y limpio. Muy cerca de centro y malecón para no utilizar auto y caminar a todo. Estuvimos muy contentos. Con gusto regresamos. Los perritos fueron bien recibidos.

Super clean, beautiful b&b with amazing attentive staff . Beds were super comfy with soft cotton sheets, towels nice and fluffy and unlimited hot water for showers and baths . Loui went above and beyond to help me with things I needed and questions I asked and was super helpful and thoughtful . Just an amazing experience no faults or things I'd change . Thank you !!

I had a lovely stay at Estrellita’s. The staff were accommodating and kind. I loved having the ability to have my dog with me. The casita was spacious and clean. I loved having the tv at night to stream movies and relax. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice cross breeze from the windows. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and glassware. The patio was very comfortable with a few chaises, tables, and chairs. The location is perfect for discovering Ajijic; only a block from the Malecon as well as a short walk to the Plaza and the Wednesday Market. Shops and restaurants are close by and serve a variety of palates. Staff were happy to arrange a driver for guests if desired. A coffee shop is attached for fresh roasted coffee and snacks for guests and the public. High speed internet is available as well. A comfortable stay and a plan to return!
