This is not a house for parties or a relaxing environment to read the rules well so as not to have future problems. The pool and Jacuzzi area can be used until 10pm. Quiet time starts at this same time as we don't want to disturb our neighbors in neighboring homes.

The house was refurbished as a boutique hotel, with a capacity, in this first stage, of six private rooms with their full bathroom, swimming pool, sunbathing area, two terraces and patio as common areas that are shared with all guests and the family that lives and manages the place. Each room is rented individually, for two people and per night. If accompanied by another person, there is an extra charge for that person.
