Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake County

What a great house. Fantastic location right on the lake. The deck and the pier to the boat dock are amazing! The house is very cozy and comfortable. There are lots of different seating arrangements/places to hang out (inside and outside). The kitchen is super well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Overall, this is a great find. We had an enjoyable and relaxing time here. We will be coming back.

Mark’s place was spacious and very comfortable for our group of 8 and only a few minutes away from Middletown. Easy access to the private wine tasting we booked at Beaver Creek/Martin Pohl and the grocery store. We were able to use the grill to cook dinner one night. The kitchen was well stocked. The WiFi was slow during our stay but the host mentioned the WiFi doesn’t usually have issues. Since there’s limited reception at the Airbnb, we did leave to take work meetings from a cafe in town that was only a few minutes away. I highly recommend staying here! Be sure to stop by the Petrified Forest on your way in

We LOVED our stay! The view of the lake was so peaceful and the deck is the perfect place to spend our days. The air conditioning worked wonderfully on the hot days. The beds were super comfortable. Anne was incredibly responsive to all my questions about the lake. It's a quiet lake town, so a few food options and a walmart not too far away.

Great stay in wine country. Cloverdale is very cute and not crowded. They also have a fun street fair right down the block on Fridays in the summer. The house is a super cool updated historical house. It was a great size for our family of 4 and another couple who came with us. Highly recommend

TL;DR book it, all-good. You won't find a reason to complain about while accommodating here. The house, amenities, host, correspondence top-notch. Neighborhood, very quiet. Reliable Internet service blankets the entire house. Entertainment tech is well above average, smart speakers to stream music to, and enjoy movies/videos to relax. Firepit & deck done right, A+. We visited over Thanksgiving which contributed to the quietness of the neighborhood. If you like perfect lake view, colored with ducks, geese and swans, I don't know if there is a better place to stay around Clearlake. Restaurants and activities will require some drive, so study the map first. Worth noting, it seems like a 5-star resort-experience researcher went through this place and executed a well-crafted checklist. From binoculars to night lights, switch labels to kitchen utensils, helpful notes to mood-setting lights & accessories, everything is well thought through.

The lake house was lovely and we felt right at home. Inside was comfy with a well stocked kitchen. We had a great time grilling, roasting marshmallows and paddling our kayak around. Olivier was very responsive and helpful and the place was clean and easy to use.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house, the house and the host are exceptional. Super clean, organized, modern, comfortable. Just great in every way both times we have stayed. The host is great to work with. Super easy communication and very accommodating. Far and away the best overall experience out of the dozen or so houses that we have stayed at in the keys. We will look to stay at this house, if available, every year. I feel confident that we can say that this is the best place in the keys.

Another great stay at my Lake County go-to.

"The Study" at the Studios in Kelseyville was a great place to stay! I was there in the middle of a heat wave (110deg!) and the airconditioned studio was a wonderful respite. The fenced in courtyard was lovely, and if it wasn't so hot, I can imagine it would be great place to hang out. I may go back next time I',m in the area!

It is in a beautiful location, and the apartment was relaxing and well-appointed. There is a very peaceful garden/patio area that is available for all the guests. There is more than adequate free parking. There are several great places to eat. Studabakers, across the street, has the best coffee in town. For breakfast, I recommend the Everything Bagel with lox. My husband prefers the breakfast burrito. They also make takeaway sandwiches, which we took to the state park for a walk and picnic by Clear Lake.

I met Hallelujah and Teresa and Karma day I checked in I originally rented the apartment and switched to the house later with ease thanks to Hallelujah being such an awesome host it was beautiful and he was very caring of Our stay I can’t wait to stop through again and hopefully not on such short notice which they were more than accommodating really really cool people and an easy 5 stars from Me check them out if you’re stopping through Lake County and want a fun cool retreat to stay at with awesome people!

Madrid’s place was just what we needed after a long flight. It was centrally located and easy to find with clear instructions. It was very clean and tidy with plenty of room. The bed was extremely comfortable and two jet lagged travellers had a great night’s sleep. We prepared our own evening meal and the skillet was great for cooking steak! Madrid communicated very well and very promptly which was most helpful for two weary travellers. Thank you for a lovely stay!
