House holiday rentals in Lake Dora

Had a nice stay with family and friends at Alyssa’s place along with 2 dogs. Was so nice to be able to bring out pets along on vacation. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of space. I Spent most of my time out in the pool which was amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about Raymond & our stay. I travel a lot for my son’s lacrosse team & this was our favorite Airbnb so far! Raymond is very responsive & kind! I hope it’s available to book next year when we return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! Very clean and cozy, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The pool was a major highlight! It was well-maintained, refreshing, and the perfect place to unwind under the sun. We loved spending our afternoons there. The area was incredibly peaceful, offering an escape from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet and secluded neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return in the future. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time staying at Michael’s place! Our five teenagers were never bored with all of the fun amenities! The kids had a great time with the karaoke machine, arcade games and outdoor area! My husband and I love coffee, so we really appreciated the coffee bar and supplies that were provided. The house was beautiful and Michael was extremely responsive. We would stay again!

Completely recommended, 👌 the house is very nice and you really feel at home, we only had a small problem with the grill, which was immediately resolved. Bryan was attentive at all times.

My family and I had a great time at this location. It’s located somewhat close to the highway for easy access, plus Universal and Disney World were very close! The amenities were exactly what we needed, the pool was amazing. Steven and Alexa were both so friendly to communicate with and always accommodating for what we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing fun vacation in Orlando.

We had a fantastic 1-week stay at Cindy’s property, and I can confidently say it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the place was spotless and smelled amazing! Everything was stocked exactly as described (including umbrellas to use), and the home looked just like the photos in the listing—no surprises, just comfort, and snacks! The hardwood floors were not only beautiful but made it easy to keep things clean throughout the week. The beds, pillows, and bedding were all incredibly comfortable—every family member, from our 1-year-old to our 54-year-old, felt right at home. The outdoor area was a highlight—especially the pool and colorful lights that created a cozy atmosphere at night. We also loved the fun little game area, which added some great family bonding time. Cindy was a wonderful host—so nice, friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. She truly helped make our stay easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely book with Cindy again.

The Clara Cottage is a spacious, clean and well decorated property. It is a 20 minute walk to downtown Mt Dora and all Mt Dora has to offer. We have stayed in Mt Dora many times, for the local stores, cuisine and the beautiful water ways. Talia and Gabi were both very responsive & helpful with any queries we had. Love it! I can't say enough! We came last year too and stayed here for Leesburg dragonboat festival. Bernadette and her husband are just the nicest people! We feel very welcome with our dogs :). They have all the comforts of home. We forgot our coffee and they had it! I hope to make it an annual tradition for dragonboat if they will have us! Fishing is great! Hubby caught a 5 pound big mouth Bass and liked sitting and watching the pros come back with their bass boats for tournament fishing. Great weekend getaway! Thanks Bernadette!

My husband and I were in the area for a Jr. EYBL basketball tournament for my son. We stayed in the house along with 2 other families and their boys. It was PERFECT!!! So spacious, clean, and well equipped. The lake view was incredibly beautiful! The patio was a nice space for the boys to hang out between games. There were tons of board and card games to keep them busy. There was a nice office space that one of the dads used daily since he had some work to do. The beds were big and so comfortable! I loved the MIL house. It was well furnished and spacious as well. Great for the early to bed people… ME! Richard and Braden were very nice and allowed us a late checkout since our game was a little later on Sunday. I had only 1 question while there and I got a quick response. We have traveled a lot together and everyone agreed this is definitely in our top houses and we’ve stayed in and if ever in the area again, we will be back!

Absolutely great place, experience and communication. We had a great time. It was easy, clean, and peaceful. If I go back to that area I would definitely love to stay longer. Thank you Sarah, you were incredible.

We enjoyed staying at Michael’s house. We especially loved taking care of the pigs. My sisters and my nieces and nephews got to come over and we had a lovely time together in the pool and just spending time together. It is a great place to relax and just spend time with family. Michael was an excellent host anytime I needed anything. He was answered straight back to me. I think the only thing I would recommend him do is maybe put a rail on the steps outside going to the pool cause if you’re kind of an older person, it’s kinda hard to get up and down the step. I would come and stay again.

I have never written a review on an Airbnb place before but had to for this one. Not only was the home exactly what we were looking for but Nicholas’ hospitality was exceptional. We had to travel to clean out my grandfathers house, which is not exactly a “great trip” to begin with but he was very nice and eager to assist with anything we needed while staying. All around great host! House was exactly what we needed, a place to crash after a long day but the house was super clean and the beds were SOOOO COMFY! And loved that there was a fan in every room and cold waters in the fridge for us when we got there!

Had an amazing time with my family here. The cottage was so cute and charming. The home was cozy and well equipped. They even had a charcoal grill which was perfect. Every detail felt thoroughly curated, from the confy beds to decor. The kitchen, impressed. Most importantly, the location. Not to far from all the greats shops, restaurants, lakes and springs. Highly recommend this place as i will definitely come back again. Thank you

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before and night of my wedding, which was at the pavilion on the lake. It was VERY close and easily accessible. Any questions we had were quickly answered. There is security cameras on the premises so we felt safe and comfortable. The location is very spacious and was very clean. Check in/out is super simple and instructions were clear. 100% will recommend in the future

Casey’s lake house was the perfect place for our family vacation. We visited the springs, spent a magical day at Disney, and discovered some charming little towns. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We have stayed here 3 times, it is a home not just a house. Beautiful surroundings and the very best hosts. Wildlife is all around you and the Lake and sunsets are unbelievable. There is so much to do within a few minutes from our very private home. Great foods of every type, shopping of all kinds. We have stayed in many Airbnb and Vrbos, but this is our favorite.

Adriana was an excellent host, a woman focused on her career with passion, and it carries over to her home, with a great deal of kindness. We highly recommend her as a quality host.

Rebecca’s place was picture perfect to REST RELAX and RENEW , I really enjoyed this home , the patio, the lake . I don’t fish but, I did fish here and Oh ! I did catch some fish . Great location, The neighbors were great and I did meet Rebecca & Stoney Awesome couple I will return here again Thanks Rebecca And Stoney

A group of 5 (plus a dog) went down for a concert and to celebrate my birthday, this house was AMAZING! There was so much space that even with the rooms being close to one another, no one felt like they were on top of each other. Tina has done a marvelous job decorating and furnishing the place with beautiful, and very comfortable, furniture/decor. The kitchen, fridge/freezer, and laundry room came fully stocked with everything you could need (even things you didn’t know you did). The pool and backyard space were stunning! My dog had a blast running around and pretending he was an alligator in the pool. Plenty of pool floats and towels were provided. Overall this has been the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, my entire group loved it, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s staying in Orlando!

I can’t say enough about this place or the host!! It was way more than I ever expected. We were able to check in sooner than the original check in time. Dave was awesome with communication and periodically checked in to make sure everything was going good throughout our stay. Everything was well stocked in the house from the kitchen (including spices and other little stuff that you would normally have to run out and buy to make a meal) to the bathrooms. There is everything you would need for the pool also. Dave even thought about your furry friends by providing leashes/bowls and treats. The house was immaculate! All you needed to do was literally pack your bags. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return to the villages in the winter time!
