Howes Creek Town Hall is a historic Mechanics Institute, 15 Minutes from Mansfield, 5 minutes from Goughs Bay (Lake Eildon) and 45 minutes from the top of Mt Buller. The B&B has a separate entrance, with a loft bedroom and open plan kitchenette and living room. Our property is surrounded by hundreds of picturesque acres of farmland, hills and mountains. It is a still, breath of fresh air away from hectic city life. Gaze at the stars as you drift off to sleep and wake up and listen to the birds.

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

Views will take your breath away! The off-grid lodge is nestled into a ridge & completely private, you have it all to yourselves. Sleeps up to ten people. More if guests bring their swags. Large dining table, couches, full-size fridge, air conditioner, wood heater, BBQ & pool table. It is very pretty & private. Everyone who stays seems to enjoy themselves, but don’t expect a serviced town-style motel room or apartment. Bring your own pillows, sheets/quilts, or sleeping bags, & towels.
