The cabin is cosy, rustic and perfect for a fishing retreat or rural break. Recently updated with modern conveniences, free wifi, Apple TV and breaky supplies included. Axedale has a tavern, 18 hole golf course, general store, kids park and is 20 minutes to Bendigo, 10 mins to Lake Eppalock and 20 mins to Heathcote wine country.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Fryers Hut

Set in the peaceful bushland of Fryerstown, Fryers hut is only 10 minutes from Castlemaine, 30 minutes from Daylesford and 5 minutes from Vaughan Springs. Excellent walking and mountain bike riding are at your doorstep or just relax at the hut and enjoy the garden, pool and sauna. In the heart of the Goldfields region there is plenty to explore including outdoor activities, the arts, festivals, historical sites and great cafes, restaurants and wineries.
