We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Great Location! One of the closest homes to Gordon Square. A private, bright and airy in-law suite with rustic modern decor. This unit is walking distance to Gordon Square and Edgewater Park/Beach with Cleveland’s best restaurants less than a block away. Hindgetown, Ohio City, Lakewood and Cleveland’s nightlife (1-2 miles) making this a perfect place to stay while visiting. The private unit is locked off from the rest of the home and has a private entrance, living space, 1bed and 1bath.

Shoreline Serenity, Private Suite

Due to Covid-19 I have extended the minimum stay to 3 nights and time between check-out and check-in to 24 hours to ensure proper disinfection. I have added an air purifier that recycles the air every 3 hours. Cozy, clean and comfortable open concept suite located on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie just one mile from downtown Kingsville where you will find excellent restaurants and eclectic shopping. The suite has its own entrance so that you have complete privacy during your stay.

Privacy, safety, comfort and inspiration are all a part of this art-filled space in Cleveland's premier residential neighborhood. The space has a private entry and has many amenities. It's close to Downtown Cleveland, West Side Market, Cleveland Clinic, the airport, and within walking distance of many pubs, award-winning restaurants, and coffee shops. Includes off-street parking.

Beautiful apartment on lake erie. The entrance is on the south side, but your trip to the lake at the back of the house is only feet away. Absolutely gorgeous views and the deck is for you and those traveling with you to enjoy - possibly sharing with the owners, Carol and Randy, who love sitting on the deck also! There is a fire pit to help out on cool evenings but remember, it is lake erie, so sweatshirts and jackets are always helpful to have around for chilly evenings.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Don't leave without experiencing the beautiful Allegheny National Forest that surrounds us in Warren County! Summer is so lush and green, with many outdoor activities! We hope to see you!☀️🌿

Lakeshore Hidden Oasis (heated pool / jacuzzi)

Located in Lakeshore, minutes from Windsor / Detroit, a perfect oasis for the couple looking for a quiet escape. The suite's private jacuzzi tub makes it the ideal place in any season! The suite is fully equipped, including a complete kitchenette, Smart TV, etc. A private BBQ is at your door. During your stay you will have access, day and night, to our heated salt water pool. It is open from mid March to early November at 32°C (90°F). The hot tub is open year round.

Luxury Suite Private Indoor Pool Alpaca Retreat

Spacious, open concept suite located on the basement level of a 7400sf mansion. Private entrance with pool access and outdoor dining area with picnic table. Enjoy the beautifully manicured grounds with walking paths throughout and come say hello to our alpacas who you are able to interact with. Right next door is 75 acres of crown land with beautiful nature trails, where you can enjoy bird watching and hiking. Only 5 minutes from Ridgetown and Thamesville!

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
