Nous acceptons les animaux, merci de le préciser lors de la réservation. Logement non-fumeur. La location pendant les périodes scolaires se fait du samedi au samedi. Non fumeur. Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour 1 personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. Plusieurs plaintes déposées à ce sujet :) Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie ménage fait MERCI

We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.
