Cabin holiday rentals in Lake George

We’ve been coming to Schroon for 18 years, so have a lot of experience with cabin rentals in the area. The outdoor space at Sally’s is stunning, with sunsets that never got old! Though the property is just off the road, it was quiet and very private, as the front of the cabin and outdoor space face the pristine shoreline. The cabin is rustic and cozy in all the good ways, & the beds are so, SO comfortable! We cooked most of our meals in, which made it nice to have such a beautiful view from the kitchen window. The Adirondack Store is within walking/biking distance, which made it fun to dine in for breakfast before heading out for a day of hiking/mountain biking/fishing/ADK Extreme/exploring. Whatever our daytime activities were, we made sure to back at the cabin to cook, take an evening swim & view the gorgeous sunsets. There were a few household mishaps beyond our host’s control, but she maintained good communication, promptly addressing the issues. We hope to stay here again!

Once again, we had an amazingly peaceful and relaxing time at our favorite air bnb. We love everything about Isobel's place, the beautiful surroundings, the sauna and of course the hot tub. There were so many birds to watch, too, including Indigo Buntings and Baltimore Orioles! It's a perfect getaway. We can't wait to come back in the fall.

Our stay was all good. FYI, the space is on a high 2nd floor, be sure you can handle some steps.

We loved our stay at Boulder Run Cabin! The hosts have really thought of everything - from doors closing off the upstairs from the downstairs (so helpful with kiddos) to a guidebook with all the instructions, recommendations, and info you could need. Downtown Manchester was just a short drive away and we had a blast at the pinball museum, a great dinner at Crooked Ram, and tried our first maple cremee at The Maple Reserve Cafe! The cabin and location were top notch and we’d highly recommend a stay here!

Had a great time! Super cool place to stay, very convenient location near plenty of restaurants and things to do! Had no trouble getting in and enjoying the area, plus got some great suggestions from our host. Would definitely recommend!

This was a lovely Adirondack cabin getaway. very private and peaceful surroundings, and its just close enough (~15/20 min) to town and 25 min to Lake George. The home was clean and cozy with a fun basement full of activities and an amazing hot tub!! Uzma and Billy were very responsive throughout our visit. I'd definitely stay here again.

I had such a peaceful stay at this incredibly charming spot. I brought my dog, Clover, and we spent nearly every moment on the deck, soaking up the view of the lake and watching the birds. The setting was serene, quiet, and just what I needed to reset. The home itself was cozy and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I’m so grateful for the care that went into this place, it truly felt like a little lakeside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Luxe Logs was fantastic. To start, Todd shared a very comprehensive welcome guide in advance that was easy to follow and very helpful in getting acquainted with the property. Todd even proactively provided us early check-in without our asking. The property itself was wonderful and perfectly located for Adirondack activities. You really felt like you were deep in the woods, but still just a 5 minute drive to Gore for skiing and less than 10 minutes to town and restaurants. The cabin was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was the perfect balance of quaint/rustic and modern/luxury. After a long day of skiing, the sitting area was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed with appliances, cookware, and probably the most spices I've seen at an AirBnB. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and we honestly couldn't think of any complaints. Would 100% stay again.

A really awesome place, ideal for relaxing and get energized without external distractions ! Limited network depending on your carrier, which was exactly what we were looking for! A bit chilly in mid October - as advertised - but Pam made everything to make sure we were comfortable ! I am pretty sure I will come back! Lots to do in terms of hiking, and activities in the cities nearby

Our stay was lovely. The weather was not so great however, being right on the lake made it so much nicer. Beautiful views. The bedroom is in the front of the house so you do hear the noise from the main road but that was a small issue compared to all the rest of the house. Beautiful. Can not wait for next years trip.

The cabin was the perfect first destination for our New England trip!

Jeff and Kelsi were phenomenal hosts. From answering questions pre-check-in, to a friendly greeting upon arrival, they made our Belmont Stakes weekend one to remember. Their cabin is beautiful and well kept, and their land is scenic - only 12-15 minutes to Saratoga city center. We enjoyed seeing a deer several evenings in the woods, along with their chickens (who lay delicious eggs)! Their "Cozy Cabin" lives up to its name. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Home is beautiful and host was communicative even checking on us mid-stay. Our only suggestion is to provide additional washcloths. We did not have enough for our party of four. The location is beautiful, however, we chose the wrong lcation for the bike ralley because we were not familiar with the area. For someone looking for a quiet remote location, this will be the perfect get-a-way spot.

Just a perfect cabin for a Vermont vacation. Everything you need and more. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay — the house was quiet, peaceful and on a beautiful property. Everything was comfortable and we felt right at home. Very short drive to downtown Bolton Landing or the Lake George area and tons of great hikes only minutes away. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I truly can’t say enough good things! Our stay was just so relaxing and fun. You can tell how much care and thought these owners put into the experience. Just such a cute and super clean place. So easy to access and the water is just a very short walk across the road. We even had the opportunity to meet the owners in person briefly and they are just so kind and so nice! My husband and I are already talking about our next stay here!

Cute and cozy. Short walk through their own property to gorgeous Lake Luzerne. Sweet little stream right off the deck of the A-frame. Nice place to relax, and the owners were friendly and responsive--even reaching out to let me know place was available a bit earlier. We really enjoyed our stay.

Reece is an excellent host. Response time was almost immediate. Pleasant, friendly, helpful, informative, and flexible. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The reclining sofas were a bonus. So cozy and comfortable. We loved sitting on the screened in porch looking at the lake. It was so peaceful and quiet. We wanted to be close enough to Lake George Village, but away from the traffic and crowds. This was definitely the place! Close enough to everything, but far enough away from it all at the same time. It was so easy to get around to all the places we wanted to visit. The price was excellent too. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Lake George.

We picked the “Owl’s Nest” as a spot to stay for the first two nights of Americade. After a six hour motorcycle ride, this place was heaven - so quiet, secluded, and peaceful. The shower was delightfully warm, soothing our sore muscles, and it was a treat to listen to the birds and wind in the leaves. We enjoyed using the grill for supper, and the supplied oatmeal made for a delicious breakfast. It was easy to find using the instructions, and the dirt driveway is short and accessible to cruiser bikes too. The porch is a nice place to sit at night, bring instruments if you have them to play outside! There is also a bug screen tent and citronella candles, very useful this time of year. We highly recommend the Owls Nest cabin - and yes you can hear them!!!! We’d love to come back someday!

Great, cozy space for a couple nights away from the city. Todd is a helpful and friendly host.

Linda’s home was exactly what we were hoping for: a cabin in the woods with all the comforts and detail one could ever imagine. Tucked away in Fort Ann, you could hear the chipmunks and squirrels rustling in the fallen leaves while enjoying the quiet sounds of nature sitting on the front porch. The home booklet was extremely helpful with outdoor suggestions as well as places to eat. Even net one of the neighbors who was filling us in on the area. We will definitely look to return to share this experience with the rest of our family. Thank you again for such an amazing fall experience.

Guy was a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with. The house was easy to get into, had its own parking and was extremely clean.

Wonderful visit. Space was very clean and very cozy and Leah was incredibly responsive which made our stay even better. Would definitely recommend!
