Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Hartwell

Elisabeth’s description of the property was very accurate. I made sure to read all the info provided before and after booking. It was a perfect, peaceful , and cozy stay. My husband and I, our daughter, and two dogs were welcomed and comfortable. Kitchen was clean and well supplied as was every other space. Any questions were answered promptly and efficiently. I had never been in an inflatable hot tub before but all three of us are sold and wanting to get one for home now. Very nice and just what we were needing. Thank you!!!!

This place was so peaceful and relaxing. We stayed on the dock or around the fire pit. Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the deck with the gorgeous lake views. Never even turned the TV on. The house was clean and well stocked. There’s lots to do in the area as well. Definitely will be back.

The dancing bear cabin was a wonderful stay for our Spring Break trip. The pool table and hot tub were our favorite activities. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely wonderful vacation for us. Probably one of the best Air B&B we’ve stayed at! Mimi is thoughtful and accommodating to her guests! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and she was nice enough to surprise us with a birthday card! Hot tub was wonderful, the place was clean and we loved the fact that it had a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. We fished the lake all weekend, had a blast! We will return in the future!

We had a lovely Memorial Day weekend here and everything was wonderful. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of wood for the fire pit, s’mores sticks, towels for the hot tub. The view was worth the whole price. We played lots of pool and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Being able to take really great hikes from right out the front door was a plus as well. We are already planning a return trip!

Highly recommend! We enjoyed a five night stay at Sabir’s cabin and commuted to Clemson daily as our son attended basketball camp on campus. I will say this is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The cabin was warm and welcoming, spotless, and perfectly matched the description. There was no detail overlooked. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was supplied with more than basic necessities. While we didn’t end up using them, we were happy to find a toaster, blender, and griddle for pancakes. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were cozy. The lake was beautiful. We really enjoyed the swing on the dock and the sunbathing mat. We brought our own kayaks as my husband enjoys his fishing kayak but that was not necessary as Sabir had two youths kayaks and one tandem for use. Overall, it was an exceptional place and I cannot wait to return again soon.

Evan’s place is a gem. It is beautifully furnished and everything I needed was there. It’s located very close to Main Street Clayton where there are many great restaurants, shops, etc. I will definitely be back!

Outstanding location perfect for day trips to the many parks nearby for hiking or the river outfitters for paddling also dining & shopping in Clayton. So close yet so secluded peaceful & quiet with the outstanding view from the deck and the many amenities made for an enjoyable worry free stay. Hot tub & steam shower after long days on the river or hiking an added bonus. The little hummingbird and giant woodpecker watching over us were great hosts in a most relaxing natural setting. Many thanks to Karen for sharing the cabin with us for a memory filled week away in the North Georgia mountains!!

This private, peaceful cottage in the woods was absolutely adorable. Conveniently located to Tallulah Gorge and downtown Clayton, we found lots to do and then came back to the cabin and enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the rain fall. We were very impressed with how clean, comfortable, and cozy everything was. Thanks for sharing with us. We hope to return.

Carmen's place is a wonderful cabin getaway. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the back porch! The fire pit and grill area is great. Right around the corner there is a public lake access. My family loved it, thank you!

Pap’S place was breathtaking! It was even better than described. Everything that you would need to survive your time in this beautiful, serene haven was provided. The host also responded very quickly to inquiries and provided all the information we needed. This might become a yearly stay for us. It was nothing short of amazing!

This is the first time that we stayed here and I have to say it was amazing!! The porch was by far my favorite spot to sit and read and listen to nature. We will definitely be back!

We have visited many Airbnb's over the years and this one is in our top 2 favorites list! We loved the house and I loved being able to walk outside and hit the trails right in front of the house and explore acres of nature! I love the trails they have created and drawn out for guests to follow. We would come back to this house in a heart beat when visiting the area again!

We loved our stay at the cabin! We had a blast kayaking, paddle boarding and jumping off the dock. We all look forward to coming back here in the summer and staying longer.

The mountain view is simply magical — watching the sunsets each evening was a true highlight of our stay. We had the best time fishing all weekend there’s a beach door between Lake Hartwell, cabin location, and the town of Hartwell. The guy in the shop is really nice. Sold me shiners and minnows.. We went on to catch many different types of fish that weekend from brim to warm mouth to largemouth bass catfish and even one mystery fish that was very large (stripe bass) most likely which after leaving a rod for 15 to 20 minutes to go back to the cabin to grab a cold beer and tell my kids to stop playing video games and come fish with me again I came back to find the Rod completely gone. It was not a small rod and was not put in a position to be easily pulled off the dock. There is some monster fish out there. We grilled steaks cooked breakfast daily there and had a wonderful time watching movies at night. It was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend on our way to our Helen, Georgia trip which we do most every year. Highly recommend this place!!!

Huckleberry Hill was delightful. Nestled in a mossy woodland landscaped with flowers , a peaceful escape. Just minutes from Clayton for restaurants and shops and also 15 minutes from rafting and hiking . Hosts were available to answer questions readily. Neat and clean with lots of amenities and a detailed house manual . A real gem

My husband and I booked this tiny home for a long weekend trip for Memorial Day. Everything was as described. Easy check-in and check-out. Tiny home was nicely arranged to maximize space, nicely decorated, very quiet and peaceful, and most importantly was very clean! The home is a lakefront property, and although there was no dock, there was room to beach a boat at waterside, which was a short walk from the home to the water. Even experiencing some rain over the weekend, the home had what we needed to enjoy our time even when we couldn’t be on the water! Great little get-a-way! Thank you so much!

The cabin in Seneca was perfect for our 3 family vacation. The house had everything we needed and the lake access was great. All sizes of life jackets , beach towels, and kayaks were so helpful. The rooms were clean and everyone had their own space. The room downstairs for the kids was great for the few times it rained. We loved this place

We loved our stay at this peaceful getaway. Very cozy and inviting, and has a well-appointed kitchen. Despite feeling very peaceful and private, it was only a ~5 minute drive from the main street area. We plan to spend another weekend here in the future!
