Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Havasu

Such a cute little space! Clean and quiet but so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

This was our first time to Lake Havasu. We were searching for a place that was close to the bridge and some activities. This condo is walkable but also a very short drive. It met out needs very well.

Our stay at this Lake Havasu home was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool—it was absolutely amazing. It felt like our own private oasis. Another standout aspect of our experience was the host, Brianna. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she was just a message away. It really made a difference knowing we had such a reliable host. The location was also ideal—just minutes from the lake, restaurants, and local shops. Whether we were heading out for a day on the lake or grabbing dinner in town, everything was conveniently close. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu and are already looking forward to coming back!

Great house with fully equipped kitchen supplies, we felt right at home. The backyard was amazing with beautiful landscaping fire pit lots of lounge and table chairs The cast iron griddle on the BBQ was bonus made barbecuing quick and easy to clean up, If you’re heading to Lake Havasu Jose’ house is the place to stay. Great place to stay. Clean, nice covered back patio and front area with lake view to hang out (just didn’t this time due to the heat). Definitely would in cooler weather. Great communication with host. Our only issue was the very steep driveway. We were not able to park the boat near the house. We parked the boat down below (which is kind of a pain when loading everything). Not complaining, just want to make others aware that if you have a boat, the driveway is a problem. If you don’t have a boat to worry about, there are no issues and this is a lovely place to stay. Thank you!

Plenty of parking and activities to keep the kids busy. Having 2 refrigerators was great bc we had lots of food/drinks. Place was perfect. We would definitely book again.

We had such a great family vacation! The house was super comfortable and kid-friendly — the game room was a huge hit, and the pool kept everyone happy for hours. Everything was exactly as listing stated. The location was peaceful and felt really safe, which we appreciated with the kids. Ting was easy to reach and super helpful. We’d definitely love to come back — perfect spot for a fun and relaxing family trip!

AMAZING!! hands down one of the best airbnbs i have ever stayed at. they are SUPER responsive and friendly hosts. the house had everything you could think of and is in an awesome location. you can’t beat the sun setting over the pool at night! honestly nothing negative to say about this place it was the best!!

Super cute and clean condo. Loved that it’s quiet, safe and we felt right at home! The pullout sofa bed was comfortable! Perfect location right next to rotary park. Great price, we will definitely stay again. It’s bigger than the pictures portray! We also used the pool and it was very nice.

beautiful condo, made us feel right at home. we are a family of seven, four of which are small children and we all slept comfortably. fully furnished apartment had everything you would need. we loved our stay and location and would love to stay in this exact place again next year ☺️ the host even let us check in earlier than the expected time and allowed me to add a last minute guest! thank you for a lovely vacation my family will remember forever!! 🥰

The perfect place! Only 15 minute walk to everything we wanted to do including the lake, food, gas station and the bars. The space was spacious, cute, and stocked with all little things you might need. Kipp was responsive and super helpful especially when we were need of an emergency laundry situation.

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.
