Peaceful log cabin by the lake Inari

Come to relax for Metsola. Very peaceful log accommodation located next to the lake Inari. Main building, sauna room, hut and storage. A parking lot and pier at lake. Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. If necessary, 230V electricity with generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a fireplace and stove.

Nice apartment and meeting with happy reindeer

The apartment is renovated in the year 2017 and it is a part of the bigger building. It is located 400 meters from our home ( and the lake), 18 km from Inari (nearest grocery and restaurants) and 350 km from Rovaniemi. In the apartment you will find all normal facilities and sauna. This is a good place to see Northern Lights and beautiful nature is around you here. If you are interested to see how people really live in Lappland, but you also appreciate your own peace, this place is for you.

Wilderness Cottage on Lake Inari

Inarijärven rannalla eräkämppä. Ei sähköä eikä juoksevaa vettä. Saunaveden saa järvestä kantamalla. Alakerrassa kaksi sänkyä, ylhäällä myös kaksi sänkyä. Mökistä löytyy perusastiat. Kaasuliedellä ruuan valmistus. Kaasujääkaappi. Mökki lämpiää kaminalla, puut on itse hakattava puuvajassa. Sauna on mökin yhteydessä. Peti- ja liinavaatteet sekä pyyheliinat löytyvät. Mökin lähelle pääsee autolla, mutta pihaan asti joutuu kävelemään 100 metriä polkua pitkin. Kyyti voidaan järjestää sovittaessa.

The cabin lies on an island, the last part needs to be walked over the ice (safe from mid-December till April) or rowed with our small rowing boat (included). A cabin for those who want to cocoon surrounded by nature, gaze at northern lights undisturbedly, discover untouched snowy forests on snowshoes (included) and sleep in absolute silence.

A house by the lake Inari with beautiful nature around it in a small village with no services. Great place to enjoy nature. There is another house next to rented house where old couple lives and takes care of property. This property is not good fit for those who can't pay attension to reading house manual and rules. You must be willing to live like it would be your own. This is not just another object for you to use like you want, this is our home!
