Relax with the whole family on 26,000-acre Lake Istokpoga. This lake is one of the best for fishing, boating, watching sunsets, and observing wildlife, but NOT for swimming (alligators ecosystem). A public boat ramp is located about 2 miles from the property. The house is located on 1 private acre and has a beautiful view of the lake from one side of the property. The house has Wi-Fi that is adequate for accessing the internet, but NOT for streaming videos or playing online games. No cable.

Lake Istokpoga is one of the last few truly wild lakes in FL with tons of Wildlife of all types, huge alligators. otters, bald eagles and sandhill cranes just to name a few. We also have private airboat tours available upon request!

Charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is a mile away from downtown Lake Placid. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac with access to Lake Huntley just minutes away by foot. I have a few interior pictures, not all as there is currently a tenant. The rest of the pictures will be available Dec 20. I can share interior pictures of the unit next door if desired.
