Beautiful Guest House in Desirable Northside

Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Perfect place to stay if you're in town for FSU-related activities: it's a 10 minute walk to campus. Nice and quiet, backyard deck with a private entrance if you prefer that. There is no separate thermostat for the room, but we were fine with the setting (74), and there was also a powerful ceiling fan in the room. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was squeaky clean as well. There was also a small fridge, microwave, and sink in the room (aside from everything else in the shared kitchen), which was great. We didn't use the communal kitchen and living room, but it was spotless, had all required utensils etc. Other people that were there during our stay were friendly, everyone cleaned up after themselves. Evan was very responsive and helped us out straightaway when we had an issue with the entrance code, and sent us helpful check-out instructions. Overall, we had a great stay, and we will definitely be back - now that our daughter is a Nole!

The location was perfect for our visit and close to everything we needed. It’s a beautiful, private space with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tallahassee! All the information was accurate and it looks exactly like the photos. Kelley was very responsive and even checked in with us online during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.

My stay at Rennai's was wonderful. The apartment was in a lovely neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. I felt right at home and was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and I had all that I needed. I was steps away from a beautiful pool which I had the pleasure of using a couple times during my stay. I enjoyed my time at Rennai's and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Tallahassee. I will definitely return there again.

Exactly as described. No catch, no fudges, no weird camera tricks. Everything was clean and well-appointed. No problems with the shared space. Appreciated the self check in-- hassle-free. I was also busy being social with family all day and really appreciated that I didn't have to make small talk with anyone else at the end of it.

I could not have gotten a better location - with better people! I had a wonderful, nature-packed time trekking everywhere there was a trail! The neighborhood was so easy going, safe and low key. I felt right at home, slept great in my comfy bed, and enjoyed chatting with Tyler and Kimmy. I’m cheering them on for all the wonderful renovations they’re working on! Great stay. Super happy.

Philip hosted my father and my father said: “Philip is great. He is vegetarian and is quite into gardening. He’s a very interesting man. We talked for about an hour. Everything inside is clean. He has two houses, each with three rooms he rents out. Renters have full house privileges and Phillip keeps a lot of food for everyone.” Would stay again! Thank you, Philip!
