The house was incredibly clean and very spacious. I appreciated that someone came regularly to clean the pool—especially since I’m very clean and a bit of a germophobe! The host was also very responsive, which I truly appreciated. We had a small issue with the HOA, and I’m grateful the host was on top of it and supportive throughout. I felt safe at all times in the gated community, and my kids really enjoyed the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lots to do in the area of course, but we had a few pool days and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. The home is beautifully decorated and we found the beds comfortable. We had our dog with us and there were several beds available for him too! Very thoughtful. We recommend staying at Jason’s for an Orlando vacation.

Good location with lots of restaurants in the area. The building feels dated but the apartment is clean and good value. We cooked a couple meals and the kitchen was adequate. The host communicated throughout our stay and friendly. There was adequate parking. We did not check out the amenities.

Cai Ling and John’s place was great. It was just as described. It was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. As they stated they only provide limited supplies so if you need additional supplies please bring them. I would definitely stay there again.

We felt right at home while in Orlando because of this Air BnB. I was worried we would struggle because it is a large complex, but the GPS was spot on at the correct building and the unit was very easy to find. The complex is in amazing condition, amenities were great, and the unit was so relaxing. Everyone in my group kept raving about how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were. There was an abundance of towels and they hostess will quickly respond if you need additional towels. We LOVED this Air BnB and will definitely be renting it again. Right outside the gates of the complex there are stores, liquor stores, Chipotle and other food/store options (you can walk there it is so close). Thank you for a great experience & amazing stay!

Great stay, thank you for an amazing clean comfortable vacation we had. We were staying literally just a few steps away from the pool. Jetty was quick to respond to all my questions Condo was super clean and felt like i was at home. A+ on everything this condo had to offer. Dont look anywhere else, this location is a gem. Thank you once again, We will be back in the future

Maria's place was super cozy. It had everything we needed and then some. the property is beautiful. Pools were nice. and the staff at the gates were very welcoming. No problems. very relaxing.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Orlando! The house was very clean, and the check-in process was smooth with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The pool was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out, though it’s worth noting it’s not super private as it’s close to neighboring homes. The space had all the basics, but be sure to bring your own essentials, as it’s lightly stocked with just the minimum. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I’ve booked this house a few times and it’s been a great stay every time.

The space was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the pool and location was perfect for stores, and near the convention center where my daughter had a competition. Great communication with host was quick to respond.

This home was in a great location. Within 30 minutes, we could get pretty much everywhere. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc in under 15 minutes. The pool area was great! The view was unbeatable. It was nice to sit in the morning or at dusk and watch the birds. The hot tub heated itself up very fast. The whole house was super clean and beautiful. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and pillows. The cooking utensils weren’t the best, but we only really ate in for lunch most days. Sam was very responsive. Any questions were responded to within 10-15 minutes. He was very helpful, as well. It’s perfect for multiple families, as there were two master bedrooms and multiple king sized beds and bathrooms. It gives a sense of privacy for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

An Excellent Stay for the Whole Family Our experience was very positive. The apartment is in a strategic location, ideal for quick access to outlets, restaurants, gas stations, and especially the theme parks. It’s a very peaceful and comfortable place — perfect for families. We were a group of four, and the space was more than enough. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Although we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool area —since our plans focused on beaches, shopping, and visiting parks— we were able to see it, and it looked fantastic: clean, well laid out, with water slides and safe spaces for both kids and adults. Luis and Tati, the hosts, truly deserve five stars. From before our arrival to after our departure, they stayed in touch — always attentive, communicative, and helpful. They know the condominium rules very well and make sure you’re informed, and they’re always available for any questions or needs. Without a doubt, we would stay here again and highl

I was extremely impressed with the accommodations! This home was spotless, fresh, and spacious. My family of 5 had a space for each of us that we felt completely at home with. The pool was refreshing. We had a slight issue with the TV connecting to the internet and they had someone come help solve the problem immediately! It was 10pm. We are very pleased with this home and look forward to booking with them again in the future.

My family enjoyed the stay on this property. Jose and Luis were always very fast in replying to my text messages. Never missed. The house is big and clean. Everything is so close and convenient to this property that we were able to avoid a lot of traffic. This property is also very close to the theme parks. I would recommend this property to anyone with no second thought. Will certainly make this my top priority on my next vacation to Orlando.

My stay at Patsy’s condo at Runaway Beach Club was fantastic! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near all the fun attractions by Disney. It truly felt like a home away from home. Patsy was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire booking and stay. She made sure everything was just right and even offered helpful suggestions for the area. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and personal touches that made the trip extra special. We loved the condo. It was beautiful and we enjoyed it. The only complaint we had (which was out of Anthony’s control) is the neighbors above us were loud and woke us up a few times with the stomping. Other than that, it was awesome! We would stay with Anthony again.

this family is beyond accommodating. I don't typically do airbnbs with the in home post this was the first for me. They are very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and like part of the family. Their home is clean and very well decorated. If I am ever in the area again I would stay there without hesitation. They do have dogs which for me was great. But if you are uncomfortable with them I am sure they would make sure that you do not have to interact with them. But for me the dogs made it feel more like home. I cannot say enough nice things about this family and how accommodating and friendly they are. If you're unsure about staying with an in home host I would urge you to stay with this family. You won't regret it. Just like their ad says you will be staying with friends you just haven't met yet. Cannot recommend this location enough.
