It provides a great home base for travel in the Keweenaw peninsula! As a 1930s cabin with a sauna on the lake along with a great view, the focus is on the experience! We find guests who truly enjoy our place are flexible with rustic conditions (not looking for Holiday Inn Express) and young at heart!

The location was absolutely amazing. It was incredibly peaceful, thoughtfully set up, and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. After a long trip, being able to relax in the sauna was a truly special experience and one that I would highly recommend to anyone. The space itself is stunning, with plenty of land to wander and explore. There are fruit trees throughout the property, along with an abundance of nature that makes the whole setting feel calm and rejuvenating. What really made the stay exceptional were the hosts. They were not only welcoming and kind, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and care made me feel completely at home and turned this stay into one of the true highlights of my entire trip.

We had a great stay in this perfect little cozy cabin! The place had everything you need but no clutter. It was comfy for our family of four and is located in a perfect spot on a beautiful lake. Great place to come back to after a day of mountain biking to relax and get a great sleep! Thank you :)

Everything was perfect for our family! The house is lovely and very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the comfortable bedding and fully stocked kitchen. I definitely recommend checking out the local coffee shops, they are five stars!

The house was very cozy and felt homey. The only bathroom is upstairs which was not a problem for us. A very peaceful location and and relatively short drive to all the scenic or popular locations in the Keweenaw. We had a great time using this as a home base and had no problems while we were there.

Great, cute, clean and brand new looking place! Everything seemed so clean! I was a bit surprised it was inside a pole barn, but it was extremely quiet, peaceful and a quick drive to Houghton for Michigan Tech move out weekend. Great restaurants and bars there! Close to beautiful nature trails, a sweet historic dam, and waterfalls. Very responsive host 😊
