We loved our stay at Jennifer's. Her Airbnb was very clean, beautiful and warm. We greatly appreciated his proactivity. The location, close to the river, allowed us to go for a run and fully enjoy the surroundings. The Airbnb is also close to the old town which is breathtaking 😊

Our week in Kandergrund was just perfect. The place was cozy, well equiped and had everything we needed. But the best thing was the kindness and hospitality of our hosts Marie and Hari. They were just great, gave us plenty of good advice on outdoor activities and were happy to help with everything. We definitely want to come back. Anamarija&Boštjan

We are 7 friends and had a great time at this chalet. Everything is like shown at the photos, I would recommend this chalet.

Very nice house. Top location. Top view of the mountains. Magdalena was very responsive to requests. Lots of gardening around it. That's why sometimes lawn mower Noise. The road traffic further down can be heard in the morning. Nevertheless, it is then idyllically quiet in the evening and you have the evening seating area absolutely to yourselves. All in all a great house with wonderful excursions in the area

Annemarie's house is creatively and stylishly furnished. The terrace invites you to linger and listen to the birds chirping. The room is elegant and romantic at the same time.

Christina was a wonderful host! 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The location of the house is the absolute highlight. The view is unique. At sunset and with the view of the lake and the whole mountain panorama for dinner, it was indescribably beautiful. We also enjoyed the warm hotpot several times - after a long hike it is very relaxing. The house is as described - the rooms are very nicely decorated, the kitchen well equipped and the bathrooms are functional but impeccable. If there is a single point of criticism, it is the beds that are very small for double beds and are a bit outdated. All in all, however, we were super happy in the accommodation and can highly recommend the house. Communication with Natalia was also excellent. She responds super quickly and is very helpful. Thank you Natalia for the good hospitality!

Wow, we booked this Airbnb quite spontaneously because we needed a weekend retreat away and this delivered! Admittedly, you do need to be prepared that it’s not the easiest place to get to - but we packed light and had plenty of hands to get the groceries brought over. In the end;however, with a bit of planning, it was no issue at all getting there with our toddler and baby. And the location absolutely delivered! It was just what we needed to be in an undisturbed, peaceful setting to unwind from the busyness of everyday life. And the views are amazing!! As disclosed, a few elements of this house aren’t renovated (bathrooms), so if this is ever done then it will help elevate the house as well. I wasn’t aware that it was a two story house - which for us was perfect as we stayed below and my parents stayed above and gave us each some separate living space. I’d absolutely recommend Carmen’s place if you are looking for a true Swiss retreat that’s off the beaten path!

Very nice place. Nice surrounding. A little far to walk to the town/shopping area, but the view is worth it.

Amazing host, friendly and responsive. Nested in a quiet, safe neighborhood, the house was impressively clean (especially considering its size). Lots of amenities, washer/dryer, pool table, backyard patio, etc. with understandable quirks for a ~100 yr house. The host even lent us 4 bicycles to get around town. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Bern. Note, there’s a bus stop really close by that usually runs every 10 minutes which takes you into city center. Grocery store and restaurants also within a short bike ride or perhaps a 15-20 minutes walk.

This was a fantastic place to stay — very spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. Natalie was incredibly helpful, responsive, and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

We immediately felt comfortable in the villa, after the wow effect when entering. The contact with the host was also sympathetic and accommodating. Despite bad weather, you could use the pool and hot tub. The gym is superbly equipped - we were busy ^^ also a big shout out to the cleaners, everything was sparkling clean and the bedrooms were very nicely prepared.

Hot tub needs to be paid separately. Otherwise great for larger groups of people.

Our stay was truly beyond our expectations. We enjoyed our host and family and had all of the things we wanted and needed. We were able to get to local places easily, had a comfortable bed and room, and were able to use the kitchen to make a few of our meals. We felt right at home. The beautiful surroundings were so peaceful we enjoyed a rainy afternoon in the sunroom.

Look no further for the best views of the mountains. Forget the hotels this spot is simply the best. Greti made us feel so special as well and had great recommendations. I would come back anytime !!

Philipp's accommodation is particularly suitable for families with children. The availability of 3 showers or bathroom with a toilet and a bathroom is very pleasant and comfortable. The house has been tastefully and elaborately converted from a farm to a "homely" home. The large space available in and around the house is indeed extraordinary (toys, hobby room, swimming pool, barbecue area and much more) and should be an exception to Airbnb's offers. The unrestricted kitchen use and the other items and appliances in the house (washing machine, dryer, etc.) made our stay very pleasant. Philipp has also agreed to be able to charge our electric car at the house outlet (without extra charges). The presence of two cats was very likeable and perfectly rounded off our stay. We fully recommend Philipp's place.

We loved our stay here. The house was incredible, as pictured with enough room for our party of 8 including 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The ability to request a pack and play for infant and toys for my toddler was a game changer. The space was thoughtful and enough room for everyone to relax. The town is very quiet and sweet. You can easily walk to Migros and local restaurants. It was perfect for day trips to Thun, Lucerne, Bern, Zurich. It was the perfect landing spot for our group. Laundry is always a plus! Just a couple notes if you have kiddos and plan to do all public transportation, (not a big deal if you have a car but we didn't want to travel with car seats): the home is all tile throughout, not a lot of space to roll around if you have crawling babe etc. The house was absolutely walkable with a stroller from bus stations but don't follow google maps on the 345 bus stop, it'll take a shortcut up to the house that is all stairs. Take the 346 bus instead.

I cannot say enough good things about Ramon, Doreen, Thilo and their two k cats Yumi and Orion. The hosts were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We felt right at home. The house and the views are absolutely beautiful. The cats were super fun and cute. They live near a train station, getting around was super easy. We would definitely come back to stay with them. Thank you again!!

Barbara was extremely responsive and although away she continued to be very responsive!!! Her home was perfect for 4 children and 4 adults, we are from the US, we stayed for a week. Barbara provided lots of recommendations including Glacier 3000 which was so much fun for the kids, snow to build a snowman and have snowball fights in August!!! The pool and trampoline were the kids favorite for when we returned home after a day of exploring. Walk to play ground and lake, a couple of great restaurants a quick walk from the home, the views of the lake which is right by the home and mountains was spectacular!! Lots of amenities in the home and very comfortable, from the beds, to the furniture, etc. Barbara made us feel right at home. Thank You 😊
