Had a great stay here. Awesome location, right across from Bar Beach and good walking paths along the coast. Dave was quick to respond and helpful. Have already recommended this place to a friend.

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

Beth is a warm and gracious host and the studio is really spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a generous complimentary selection of snacks and fruits, which was an extremely welcoming touch in case you were a bit peckish on arrival. The garden is a beautiful space in which to relax as well - I just wished we'd had time to try out the BBQ! Beth's place is within striking distance of Palm Beach or Avalon Beach and we always walked (allow 30-40 minutes to either); alternatively, the #199 bus services Barrenjoey Road every 5-10 minutes. We found Beth's place to be an excellent base for enjoying and exploring the area and highly recommend this place to others.

A wonderful weekend spent here, view of Brisbane Water from balcony. Short walk to scenic waterfront, Gosford Sailing Club, Fisherman’s Wharf, and close to Gosford and Erina Fair, Terrigal beach and other attractions. Quiet, comfortable and lovely decor. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay in the apartment. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Shubo.

We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

The fact that this is our third stay says it all. Thank you for being flexible and for welcoming us back. We had such a lovely break. The water, ducks and swans took us away from city living immediately. We so appreciate our home away from home.

This was the most beautiful place to say - I can’t express how the even though the pictures looked amazing- they didn’t do it justice. We were blown away and that sunset on the water was breathtaking. Felt so homey and we didn’t want to leave. I will be back - just delightful and the host were so kind and accomodating. We stayed in Kate’s place over a weekend to celebrate some significant birthdays with the family ranging in age from 71 to 0. It suited us perfectly! Well equipped for babies through to more elderly. 3 bathrooms, laundry and 5 bedrooms with separate TV room. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, cosy fireside and fun on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Take board games and books. Location worked very well for us as some travelled from Sydney and some from Newcastle on a Friday evening. Can thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful tranquil Cottage with amazing water views and cosy and comfortable accommodation . Loved that the Cottage was pet friendly and great for the kids, we all loved the getaway for the weekend. Responsive helpful Host provided lots f local information. Thanks DJ😊

Knights ridge felt like you were in your own secret valley , surrounded by ancient rock walls . Peaceful and uplifting . A picture out every window . Lots of rain just before our stay so the Creek was flowing and a vibrant green gully Lovely autumn colours . Lots of space and everything you needed for a peaceful break away from city life . The house was rustic and inviting with many collected unique pieces . Lots of space and different places to just be in the moment . Big sunny deck to relax Beautiful warm fire 🔥 that kept the house cosy . We spent 3 magic days there Loved it was off grid and so private . We definitely like to come back one day 💕
