Ari's home was great. We used it for a business trip and it was conveniently located to many restaurants and close to the international airport. The area was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the scenary and also looking at the wildlife behind the home in the canal. The pool table and dart board were great. Food delivers were quick and easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This home is the perfect place when visiting Tampa FL. The pool was amazing for the kids and myself as well. Highly recommended!!!

We were in town for work, and Vanessa's property was perfect! After a long day's work, we loved coming back to this property to relax. It was cozy and warm. Vanessa is a GREAT host!

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

Peaceful stay. pool and jacuzzi were great, kids loved it. Check out instructions were simple and easy unlike my last air bnb stay. needed something in evening and they ordered it and got delivered the next morning! Responded very quickly. Conveniently located around many stores, target, Walmart, Publix, dollar stores, Walgreens all less than 10 min away. Drive to ocean was not bad 45 min to Clearwater. Would stay again.

This place is as good as Airbnb's come. Extremely spacious with a HUGE yard! Everything in the space was high quality and didn't feel like a thrift shop Airbnb. It was very very nice, and was great for the week+ that we stayed there. Communication was prompt, and we had all we needed. We would certainly stay there again.

LOVE!! I took my daughter and her friend on a senior’s trip and we all loved the home. The inside is beautiful, comfortable, up to date appliances, appearance and has more than everything you need on a vacation. It is surrounded by all the to do activities. I will definitely book again possibly with out my daughter and friend. Don’t hesitate, book while bookable you won’t regret it!!

This was the third time my co-workers and I have stayed in this location and it remains at the top of my list for AirBnbs in Tampa. The space is always immaculate and has none of the slightly worn feel of so many other AirBnbs. The amenities are great and the location is perfect - close to a grocery store, Armature Works, the river walk, Michelin star restaurants and more. We travel a a lot and stay in a lot of AirBnbs and this location is at the top of the list. Highly recommend!

I had my kids and their significant others with us for a total of 5. Could have easily slept 4-5 more. Fun spacious place.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our vacation. There were six of us, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was a huge plus. The property is fully equipped with all the amenities and kitchen utensils you might need to feel right at home. It’s located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently close to Epperson Lagoon. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely love to return in the future. The place was beautiful, clean, peaceful and exactly what we needed. Valerie was a great host very responsive and let me know of anything. There was a binder on the counter with all the details and some great restaurant recommendations. Loved hanging out by the pool..The location was great not a far drive from cool parts of Tampa and the stadium. I would definitely come back again.
