Built in 1891 as the city’s first fire station, it was fully restored in 2025 to combine timeless charm with modern luxury. Eagle Harbor Cottage Loft

Eagle Harbor Cottage Loft has glimpses of the Lake from the Loft! It is a renovated, lake-themed apartment/loft (above detached garage) nestled in the woods behind the owner’s main house. Guests have a private entrance and guest parking space. Guests have access to private dock next to the Lake to relax and enjoy sunsets. Two bicycles and 2 kayaks are available for guest use as well. We invite you to spend time refreshing and reflecting on the beauty and peacefulness of the woods and lake.

Located above the area’s hottest new restaurant, this newly renovated 1BR/1BA urban loft features classic finishes - exposed brick, high ceilings, maple floors, and quartz countertops. Cozy, comfortable quarters directly above the Houndstooth restaurant provide a fantastic opportunity to get a “taste” of the Benton Harbor Arts District. Muffled sounds of music and activity from the restaurant below are often present in the loft during evening hours. Some guests may find this objectionable.

The loft is downtown lake odessa above a store front. Awesome for nightly or longer stays. It has Brick walls, barn siding, exposed ceiling, Murphy beds, fireplace. Walk down stairs , to r, antique shops, a fabulous old fashioned ice cream shoppe, seasonal. The public beach is walking distance. This would be an awesome place to have a group of friends party, however it can’t be used for that. It has to be more low key, there is an overnight rental below the loft. It’s great for relaxing

Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

The Lakeview Loft is a freshly remodeled loft space with a vintage Chicago theme and modern amenities. Located in the Lakeview neighborhood, it is 1/2 mile to the Brown & Red Line el trains, less than a mile to Wrigley Field and 1.5 miles to the lakefront. The Lakeview Loft will provide guests a true Chicago experience while staying in a great Chicago neighborhood. We believe in giving back to our neighborhood as well so for each booking we donate $5 to a local children's charity.

It is  equipt with a fully stocked kitchenette, private bathroom, comfortable living space, large screen tv and office work space.  Enjoy some of the most picturesque landscape Northern Indiana has to offer.  We are just a 10 min walk from Stone Lake and have kayak rentals available upon request.  We are conveniently located 8 miles from Shipshewana and Middlebury, IN and just a 40 minute drive from Notre Dame.
