This place was beyond our expectations, very convenient to where we needed to go and quiet as well as well supplied.

An awesome place to stay. Right on the beach and there is plenty of beach chairs and beach toys provided in the condo. We forgot our toddlers sippy cups and there was a brand new pack provided in the cabinet! One of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Will be back!

The place was amazing it was a short 2 minute walk down stairs and across the pool patio the the ocean. Everything is within 5 miles of the room. The host and co host are very responsive. The price for the place is very reasonable with great views of the ocean.

We loved our stay here in NSB! It felt perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The condo itself is wonderful- everything was well stocked from kitchen items to beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and even beach umbrellas. The bathroom had nice big towels and lovely soaps provided. Every detail was well thought through. We appreciated having laundry available during our stay. The property is quiet and peaceful… loved the easy access to beach, pool, and parking. The ocean views are beautiful from the condo. Stephanie and Greg were wonderful hosts and excellent communicators- appreciated their quick communication and attention to detail- making sure we were settled and had our needs met. Highly recommend this property and we hope to be back too!

Great place to stay and certainly a great price for what you get .

The villa was absolutely amazing, better than the pictures. The house was super spacious for all 5 adults. Shuttle to the parks was convenient and on time. Host gave us a schedule to help navigate. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Living room was large and comfortable. Loved relaxing on the back patio overlooking the golf course. Host were on top of everything and made our stay absolutely perfect!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

This exceeding any expectations for taking our kids to Disney for the first time. Eric truly thought of everything to make the condo feel like home away from home and anything you need down to silverware for your our baby and toddler. This was such an exceptional experience and the resort was so much fun for our 1 year old and 3 year old!

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. We had a great visit!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. Our stay was wonderful and this condo is beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Probably even better. Bed are amazing ! Best part of a good stay is the beds and all 3 were 10/10. Loved the space, the view and the beautiful decor . I would recommend all day long and I would also return to the building and this condo. Easy parking, lots of great upgrades being done to the place. Pool super nice salt water and nice and warm. Lots of chairs to sit on and rented umbrella and loungers on the beach multi days. Loved that they provided beach chairs and boards from the common area for my son to use which made the waves even funner. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much

Having never been to New Smyrna we were not sure what to expect. We were very pleased wih David's condo. It was fully furnished and the view was terrific. The pool was very nice. The restaurants and other attractions were easily acessible. We were even able to see an X flight takeoff from the cape. David was good at communicating when we needed information. We hope to come back to David's unit again next year.

The description and pictures matched perfectly. The views of the Intercoastal and ocean were spectacular! The city views at night from bedroom were relaxing. The home was spotless and smelled good. Will book again!
