In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The apartment is located in the back of a hotel. It has a separate entrance and a private parking space with electric charging stations. Of course, with air conditioning, a small kitchen, shower and toilet. One bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The apartment is accessible via a staircase on the 1st floor.
