Tocayo farm, 10 miles from Durango, sits in the Florida River Valley. The main house and cottage are located in the middle of our 28 acres which is bordered to the east by the Florida River. The cottage, which has been completely renovated, was once the blacksmithing shop for the homesteaders who settled here over a 100 years ago. Tocayo is a working farm with both a sheep operation and a commercial garden. Private patio with grill, plenty of parking, wildlife and great views.

You have the spaciousness of being in the country but are less than 5 minutes from the best pizza in town. The Animas City River Trail bike path is directly accessible from the property.
