the accommodation has many advantages, starting with its beautiful pool, a real plus for stays under the sun of Cotonou. It is spacious and deep towards the bottom, ideal for swimming. That said, a few missing tiles and an unusable pool ladder (because no steps and loose) would deserve a refresher to ensure safety and comfort. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and all equipped with screens, an essential detail for serene nights. The garden is pleasant, well maintained, and the veranda invites you to relax. The presence of a caretaker, day or night, adds a real sense of safety to every day. The living room, very spacious, is quite dark, but it remains typical of dwellings in Cotonou. Finally, a point of attention: the third bedroom does not have its own bathroom. Although a toilet is accessible in the laundry room, you have to go through one of the other two bedrooms to access a shower.

Located a few steps from the beach and various activities, Donatien's accommodation was the perfect location for me to have a good stay. Donatien and his collaborator Edwige are very welcoming, very responsive and professional. The accommodation is clean and secure. Had a great time and recommend it!

It was a very nice experience; from the first contact to the end of the rental. Dem's Appart and its team were lovely. The apartment was better than I imagined. The photos do not do it justice.
