This place was absolutely perfect for a big boys trip. The place itself was amazing and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was beautiful and secluded and there was plenty of room outside for activities. Overall 10/10 stay it was the perfect weekend. Alyssa was a great host and did everything right.

From the beautiful cabin, private location in the middle of a forest, quick responses from the hosts, enjoyed pontooning on Lake Owen while catching numerous walleye, small/large mouth bass, and northern pike, to the very clean cabin… we felt right at home and can’t wait to go back! This was my second stay at Hart Haven, it was so nice the first time that I knew I wanted to see if it was available for this trip. Emily and Derek are wonderful hosts! The home is always so inviting and homey. Very clean (and I'm a picky person) and they have thought of everything you could need for your stay away from home. So peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely be checking the availability of Hart Haven for my future stays in Iron River. Thank you Emily and Derek!

This was the perfect place for us to relax and cook a good meal while we were in the area for a bike event. I loved how peaceful the area and enjoyed eating at the table overlooking the lake and trees. The hummingbird feeder was very cool too. It is close to Mt. Telemark village and also Cable which has some good places including a great woodfired pizza place. Finally, the value was very good for the space we had. I will be checking availability the next time I'm in the area for sure.
