Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. This vintage home farmstead on 4 acres, was built in the mid 1850s and has old world character architecture with the comforts of modern day amenities. The southern exposure enclosed front porch is the favorite gathering spot for most everyone that has stayed in the home. This 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath property has potential for sleeping up to 8 guests.

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). Picturesque 1940s farm that has been completely restored. One of the best spots in Pierce County with close proximity to Stockholm, Maiden Rock and Pepin. Relax and take in the views or take a beautiful drive through the countryside to one of the many attractions the area has to offer such as Crystal Cave, Vino in the Valley, A to Z Pizza, one of the many wineries, trout fishing in Rush River and shopping in Stockholm and Maiden Rock.

Back porch, front porch, and upper balcony. Great for a family getaway or a low-key long weekend away from the city.
