We offer a place like no other. The Mamaku Roost is a large, unique, private & peaceful oasis with easy access/parking in a semi rural setting (but super handy location) 5 minute drive to town, train & beach. Art, antiques, original wooden floors, log burner, double glazing/curtains, modern hot shower, heated blankets, kitchenette, fast wifi, black out curtains. Outside has a covered patio, outdoor fire/furniture, fountain, native bush, farm, garden, beehives, friendly animals. Guests say WOW.

Te Pahika ( the runaway) was originally built in 1907 as a guards van and crashed at Moana in 1963. It literally did runaway.
