Shimomura no Hanare

The accommodation "Shitamura no Hanare" is located about 20 minutes by car from Fujino Station on the Chuo Line, on the prefectural border between Uenohara City, Yamanashi Prefecture and Midori Ward, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is about an hour's drive from the city, and the peaceful scenery of the natural countryside spreads out. "Shimomura no Hanare" is named after our house. The separate accommodation is compact but private, and you can enjoy seasonal views from the garden room. In this area, cars were not yet widespread in the early Showa era, and people mainly raised horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. in stables. There is a renovated stable on the premises of our house, and it is a charming space. The stable is also a private space for guests. Children are welcome, and up to 1 small dog is allowed. In addition, although it is limited to the season, you can enjoy activities such as shiitake mushroom hunting, bamboo shoot digging, bracken picking, and yuzu harvesting. Nice to meet you. We produce vegetables naturally under the name of Hokusha, and we have various agricultural experience programs. It is a natural environment at the foot of the mountain, where the sounds of insects and birds can be heard. The building, which was originally a company recreation center, has been renovated into a hotel, so it is spacious. It is a solid Japanese building. The bath and toilet have been remodeled. Convenience stores, supermarkets, etc. are about 10-15 minutes away by car. There are hot spring facilities and river play spots nearby. Please let us know if you would like us to show you restaurants in the morning, afternoon, or evening. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of cooking utensils. [Guests must bring their own seasonings such as oil, salt, and sugar. In the amenities section, it says that condiments are also available, but because of Airbnb's usage, cooking utensils and condiments cannot be listed separately, so it is listed like this.
