Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Seminole

I have stayed here a few time, Wendy and Greg are great, my last stay was for 2 months. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s, thier place if my favorite, I love the back deck a the view, very private ,quiet an clean.

The house gave a comfy cabin vibe! Loved all the amenities the house had to offer, our favorite were the kayaks. I would recommend this place to friends and definitely stay again. This was the most beautiful and serene home I’ve EVER rented on this platform. Kristie’s place had everything you could possibly need during your stay and I love to smell a clean house🥰 The house was spotless! Bed linen and towels were ample and CLEAN! You will see wildlife which is normal in the area and we loved the dolphins that appeared in the lake. Kayaks available and my Marine got a great workout 😂The resort style pool did not disappoint and she also had floats. With the installed fans and canopy you will stay cool. I’m already looking to rebook! If you’re interested in true relaxation, look no further and book now😍🎉🎉

Wonderful atmosphere for fishermen and lake lovers! Great touch on the dock with building! Fishing on the dock was great! Would definitely go back to this home in the future!

Beautiful home on a lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Allowed us to escape and relax. Saw some colorful sunrises and enjoyed the sound of the water while kicking back on the deck. Extra surprise when we watched a white squirrel play in the trees. This was just the getaway we needed.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Melissa is an excellent host and everything from the description to the pictures of the house are exactly what you get. View was beautiful, beds and furniture are so comfortable. Screened in porch off family room was a favorite and we started and ended our days there. Kitchen is set up to cook anything you’d like and has everything you could need. It was a wonderful Easter trip to see our son and we’ll be back and will definitely rent from Melissa again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat. Sheena was very helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions both before booking and after check-in. Her communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, a beautiful, tranquil spot with a thoughtful and attentive host. I can see why they call it ‘Our Happy Place’! Would definitely stay here again!

Mr. Randall was very friendly, and communicative all the way from prior to my check-in through check-out. The house was well-maintained and clean. I stayed with my mom and my sister, and we all felt the stay was comfortable! The surroundings are beautiful, and the screened-in porch was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. My only recommendation to future first-time guests would be to arrive while there’s still sunlight, because it was a little difficult finding the correct house at night.

James was a great host. We were on the run from Hurricane Milton and James even offered us to stay as long as we needed for free! We did not need the extra time but what a wonderful offer. A true Southern Gentleman.

It's a great location and Jack is very responsive. The room was very clean but also very small. Much smaller than a typical hotel room and I don't recommend it for two people but all in all it was a nice stay.

This is a charming old apartment in a complex that was turned into condos some years ago. The exterior of the complex is misleadingly dingy--concrete block with water stains from a few window units. It's bohemian, with hardwood floors, two balconies, old furniture, and a lot of character. The building does not front the street, so there is a green courtyard between it and the buildings in front of it that has walkways, huge live oaks, and a bench. You can hear birdsong most of the time from inside. A lake is within walking distance, as is an organic grocery. Landlord was out of state and relied on the previous rental tenant to clean the apartment, so it was not pristine. The landlord now has a housekeeper to clean it after every stay. Some necessities were missing--dish towels, a toilet scrubber, a bath rug--but the landlord was EXTREMELY responsive and everything was supplied. He even had safety hooks put on the screen doors! You will love it if you are artsy and want peace.

This place was great! Very cozy and I have to say the best parts were the shower and AC Units 😂 I know it sounds crazy but it felt so nice after a long day in the sun to come in to a nice cool house! Appliances were very nice and up to date

Great little spot for a quick stay! Our lodging accommodations had changed last minute so we were very pleased when we stumbled upon Jack’s Airbnb. It’s quaint and quiet- the location is definitely what makes it great. We enjoyed walking around the lake and sitting out on the patio. For the price this was a good find.

This rural location was perfect stopping point for us on our drive. A beautiful location and a wonderful, responsive host.

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

All 5 stars and beyond! I am still amazed at Linda's attention to detail and how she's thought of absolutely everything for this airbnb. So rest assured there will be nothing lacking or dubious. Outside of the comfortable, well cared for accommodations, and spacious wonderful porches, the surroundings is what true peace and remote laid back means. It is so quiet on the huge property that borders a secluded national forest. Watching the activity of birds and squirrels and the changing skies, and of course access to prime fishing and meeting genuine and generous folk, these are the true unexaggerated highlights of our experience in Linda's place and Panacea.

Spent a week here for a fishing trip. Steve greeted me with some fishing info while Sandra made sure everything was exactly what I needed. They gave full access to their boat doc and lift. Privacy is no issue here while you feel you can call for help or info at anytime. This is the place to be if you want easy access fishing. Or even just a calm relaxing time by the water. Step outside at night and listen to all the critters sing! These two have a great thing going.

Wonderful little quiet lake house. Fully stocked with everything you could need. I was able to cook pretty much anything with the available kitchen supplies. Clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Only thing we missed was a washer and dryer and there is no WiFi (blessing in disguise, honestly.) Only basic cable. Fishing was great. Caught different types of fish right from the dock. The lake is prime fishing if you have a boat.

We had a great stay in Todd’s house in Thomasville. Easy to find, clean and nice house for our family of 5 people. Todd was really helpful and always responded quickly when we had any questions. Will for sure stay here again when visiting Thomasville.

Had to be in town for work, would stay agin!
