Tent holiday accommodation in Lake Superior

This is our third time back to their resort! Our first time using their glamping tents, and it was worth the extra little cost. We had the outdoor experience of camping with the comfort of a bed and living space, and the forest canopy keeps the area cool even in midday summer. They have great extra amenities and service to make it a memorable trip, and the region is beautiful. Can't wait to come back again!

It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The yurt was very spacious and the bed/futon was very comfortable. Loved that we had access to the paddle boat without having to pay extra. The store had plenty of games and books to checkout. Will definitely return and try the camper and cabin.

This is our 2nd time staying here and it was even better than the last! Our family is looking forward to making more memories here in the future!

What a great spot! The leaves were still changing and right before we left, off in the woods we saw a mama bear and three cubs. Worth making a trip to stay at this great spot. Thanks Ashley!

we had a really pleasant stay. The bathrooms were really convenient and kept clean. Really liked that we could use any of the canoes, kayaks, etc available any time we wanted.

Was nice to have a tent and beds all ready for us when we arrived. Tent was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The resort was really cute. A lot of families with kids during our stay. My son loved the basketball court with access to basketballs. Lake was beautiful and we loved that kayaks are available to use. Bathrooms were always clean and didn’t have to worry about bugs in there! The small general store was very convenient and it was nice that we had access to buy wood and whatever we needed at anytime. Being able to make online payments was so convenient. Our hosts replied within minutes when we reached out and were always very friendly. Resort was less than 20 min from Eagle River which was great for us! Eagle River has cute shops, restaurants, grocery and fun outdoor activities. This was a nice place to stay.

The place was perfect for what we were looking for, a simple tent to lay our heads in for the night. We brought our own air mattress and bedding and moved one twin bed to the side. (Sheets/blankets/pillows not provided.) Space was big enough for a king air mattress with the center support pole. The little stream with frogs was great for our son and proximity to the lake was a bonus as we took a little swim. Bottom is rocky so bring water shoes. If you are looking for a spot to pull off for the night I would recommend as that is what we did on our trip to see some waterfalls.

The property had a great view of Lake Superior. The bathrooms were clean. Jeremy was a kind a gracious host.

This was our first glamping trip and it totally exceeded our expectations. It did happen to rain the night we were there in the early morning hours, we stayed totally dry and listened to the thunderstorm and rain roll thru, it was super therapeutic and totally relaxing. We were worried about the size and comfort of the bed, but it was so comfortable and we woke up refreshed. I can honestly say this will be one of our best memories. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

My family had a great time camping. Definitely loved hanging at the beach and using some watercrafts! Area was pristine and well maintained. Owner was very welcoming! Looking into going back next year.

Spectacular view. The owner clearly has put a lot of thought into the details making this a great experience. accessing the property by boat was fun and the host was very responsive with any questions or concerns during our stay. We caught a variety of species of fish and enjoyed floating in the water and paddleboarding. Thanks for an amazing get away!

beautiful location, amazing amenities, super friendly and helpful crew, they led us borrow tones of boared games, stayed late to wait on us, printed maps and gave us recommendation. we have the best vacations ever and have been telling everyone to go there

Perfect glamping if your planning on seeing waterfalls. We went out on the boat on the very private lake. Romantic tent stayed dry while it rained. We will be back. Our friends who were staying at the state park came for a ride on the boat and we're super impressed with the small and private resort with so many amenities.
