The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. During the cold season, the living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, and bathroom are heated by floor heating, making it comfortable.You can chop your own firewood and enjoy the wood-burning stove. In the warm season, you can also enjoy BBQing on the large wooden deck in front of the sunroom. There are 2 large supermarkets, within 10 minutes drive, and easy to get food. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, including a chic 2-room bedroom and a loft above the living room.
