We had a wonderful stay at this Branson AirBnB! The location was pretty perfect—a doable walk to the historic downtown area, which we loved exploring. Just a heads up for future guests: there's a sidewalk to cross the bridge into downtown that's not super obvious to see in the photos. The space was just the right size for our family of four. My husband and I had one bedroom, our teenage daughter had her own room, and our teenage son was comfortable on the pullout sofa. Everyone having their own TV was a nice touch—we all had our own space to relax after a day out. One of the biggest bonuses for us was the incredibly close proximity to Landing Fitness. We ended up going every day! It’s a great gym—clean, well-equipped, and never crowded when we were there. When we checked in for the first time and told the staff member which unit we were staying in, he said, “Ooh, that’s a really nice one!” We couldn’t agree more. If and when we return to Branson, we’d love to stay here again!

Great host and very responsive. The location was great and minutes from a ton of stuff. Very clean. You owe it to yourself to go around the corner to Parlor Donuts and get you a dozen or 2!

Absolutely loved our stay! The pool was spectacular. We loved the beautiful view of the balcony.

The place we stayed in ended up being way more than we expected. The entire area was very well done, super cute and extremely thought out. They were very easy to communicate with and helped us with some suggestions on what to do. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary at your place! We really enjoyed the Lakeview from the balcony! It was very relaxing and beautiful! The accommodations were really nice as well! We would recommend it anyone!

The place was nice...and clean. Bed was comfortable. The space is small, but I expected that. I'm a bug guy so I might not be a good judge. The bathroom was definitely small and the shower. It was a good space for a couple nights. I wouldn't go there for an extended stay. The area around the house is pretty run down. Good access to the water if you want to fish or just hang out near the water. The buildings and area itself is pretty run down and dated. It looks like it maybe was a fun place 30 years ago.

We loved our anniversary weekend stay! The host was so kind and proactive about an issue they found with the jacuzzi before we arrived, rushed to fix it for us, AND gave us some cash back to send us to dinner for the inconvenience. The place was very clean and we enjoyed every moment of the spa features! We would most definitely stay here again!

Amy’s place was great to stay at. The view from the patio was great. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. There were all the necessary essentials for the place. It’s about 20 mins from town so if you keep going back & forth, it could be a lot. The place was quiet & peaceful! We would stay again!

loved this space! lots of room. plenty of space on the outside decks for relaxing and looking at the lake. Had some nature in the back a couple times. close to town but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet! our only recommendation would be a small teach can in each BR and that wasn't a big deal.

If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway this place has it all. The home itself is beautiful and I love the treehouse feel while you're on the deck. Very private and yet not far from all of the fun in Branson. Driveway is steep but we had no issues. Peyson was quick to answer any questions I had. This will be our go to for any future visits to Branson.

We were late getting there so it was already dark which showing up in the daytime is a strong recommendation if you’ve never been there. Anyway, GPS on our phones was not working right and kept resetting so we were going back-and-forth down two different highways looking for an address that just didn’t seem to be there. Come to find out we were just in the total wrong spot after talking with the host for decent amount of time trying to explain to us where we were. She just came and got us and we followed her back to the place. Not sure if she would’ve made it there if she didn’t save us Because when it’s dark, it’s pitch black and when your map isn’t working well started to get frustrated. Pretty sure she saved the whole vacation by coming to get us. Will definitely go back again.

Exactly what we were looking for . Every detail was thought out . Not excessive but just what we needed. Such a beautiful , peaceful setting . Very responsive and thoughtful host. Definitely would book again.

Kyle’s beautiful home is in a great location. The size ( five bedrooms and five and one half bathrooms) was perfect for our extended family. Our eight teenagers enjoyed the game room , pickleball and the indoor pool just a few feet from the back porch. Kyle is a very responsive and accommodating host.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed the deck and the beautiful backyard that led down to the lake. The host was very responsive to all my texts and questions. It is a very clean and well kept place. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for us. You could walk right down to the water. We loved drinking coffee in the mornings on the deck. It felt very spacious for a larger group.

This place is a little slice of heaven. The views of the lake are spectacular! The property is very peaceful and has beautiful scenery. The nearby lake made this rental property perfect for our family getaway. It is close enough to area attractions in Branson but tranquil and peaceful. The hot tub and pool are very nice amenities!

Our stay at this condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The space was well-stocked with everything our family needed—and more. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

What more could we say about our stay but , AMAZING!! I'm not sure if this was a newly renovated location but it was so clean and fresh it seemed like it was all installed right before our stay. Everything was so neat and tidy and we loved the finishes around the whole location. It's tucked so close to the landing that you can take a short stroll down whenever you want. The room opened up to a gentle flowing creek from the sliding glass door with a nice small patio. Such a great location that we will be returning to soon. The main bed which is a nice king is EXTRA firm, if that is your sleep preference it is perfect. A quaint little place that in the next few years will be hard to get booked due to how great it is being managed. Our host, Laura, was great as well. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, it was nice having the view of the river while sipping coffee! The place was just as described, clean and welcoming.

This place was wonderful! It was just as the listing described & we absolutely loved sitting outside on the deck listening to the river & enjoyed watching people fish, kayak, boats & the little raccoon. The deck furniture was very nice as well. It was a quiet area & no noisy neighbors. It was pretty close to everything, maybe a 10 minute drive to lots of action & restaurants. There is a shell station about 2 minutes away for grabbing something quick or getting gas. Santos was very responsive to questions & gave clear instructions on checkin & checkout & was very nice. I appreciate you letting us rent your space! We will return if we visit again!!

This was an amazing family location. The house was perfect for hosting a family and providing things for all ages. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals in. It felt like home. The master bed was so comfy and I slept, which is huge for me when I am away from home. I definitely plan to revisit this condo again. No issues whatsoever!

We always enjoy our stay at this condo. It is clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoy the screened porch and watching the ducks and geese. The location is close to activities and shows, but yet in a quiet location away from the crowds. Jason was very quick to respond to any of our questions. Looking forward to staying here in the future. (Oh, I also appreciate the walk-in entry with no steps since I use a walker to get around.)

We can't say enough good things about our stay! Beds were SO comfy, everything was clean and so many little touches that were thought out to make for a great stay. Andria was always available if we had a question. We loved the feeling of security and quiet, as well as it being really close to most things. Kids loved the pools! We hope to return again! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation
