Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

There were five of us staying in the apartment. Sufficient space for everyone with a fantastic view from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was very richly equipped (spices, coffee powder, ...). The area was great too. On one side, the promenade with delicious restaurants and ice cream parlors, and on the other side, playgrounds for children. Everything is within a 10-15 minute walk. Rainer and Ute are very nice hosts. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful apartment in Uberlingen, and just as described. Walkable to everything and right on the lake. Very private and quiet but still in the center of things. Nicole was also wonderful to communicate with. We would definitely return.

I had a great time at Lilian’s place! It feels like home, plus it has a relaxing atmosphere as a holiday home! I had a long stay and it provided me with all house supplies to cook and everyday needs. It is located In Dingelsdorf, a beautiful village! Lilian is a wonderful host, she’s very friendly and she always checked if I needed anything. She even picked me up at the station and helped me with the groceries. I highly recommend her place, it is also great for family with kids! Thank you Lilian for the warming welcome 🥰

A great apartment. The pictures do not do justice to the view of Lake Constance. We felt like at home and amazed every day for a week every day. The apartment is in a great location, by bike we were able to reach a lot in a short time. Right at the bottom of the promenade, the train runs, but with the window closed you can hear zero, as these are super glazed. But even with the window open or on the balcony, it is not disturbing. Christina and her sister were very nice and always quick to answer any questions.

The personal reception by Sabine was very friendly, she is accommodating and helpful. The accommodation itself offers everything you need for a short stay and is as described in the listing, well furnished, clean and tidy. Because a maximum of only 4 guests can be present at the same time, the bathroom/toilet is actually always free when you want to go in. The only thing that was not mentioned was that the available drinks cost a little, but not much, which is why a total of 5 stars is appropriate. I can imagine coming back here.

The apartment was super clean, the neighborhood very quiet and well maintained. The view of Lake Constance is really beautiful! The amenities are as described, the kitchen has everything you need. A high chair and a bed were provided for our baby. The beds are a small drawback. Both double beds (1.40 cm and 1.60; not 180 wide as is often the case with double beds) creak enormously and are quite hard. All in all, it was a very nice stay :)

We had a lovely week in the apartment. The location can't be beat. Right in the center of town. Bakeries and other shops are right outside the door. The apartment itself is very nice and cozy. The contact with Ms. Kunz was very nice and she responded quickly. The only criticism is that the kitchen is very small and does not fit a pot in the sink. Rinsing after cooking is a bit difficult but otherwise the kitchen is super equipped ! We can only recommend the apartment
