A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Penrith Guest Suite with Lake & Mountain Views

Beautiful lake-side self-contained suite. 10 minutes drive from Wanaka with off-street parking and a 2 minute walk to lake beaches, bush walks, bike tracks. The suite is warm, clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and lounge. Bedrooms come with queen beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. Bathroom has walk-in shower, large bath and vanity. Lounge comes with hotel-style kitchenette (heating food only) , couch, smart-tv and dining table. Enjoy a sunny private outdoor area with BBQ.

Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,supermarket, cafe,takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 3 sociable terriers.

Less house, more home. This thoughtfully designed Tiny house , offers all the essentials in a bright , stylish , comfortable space - proving that the best things do come in small packages . Surrounded by nature this cozy hideaway is the perfect mix of comfort and simplicity ,the various bird calls evidence of the safe haven. The tiny house faces the afternoon sun and is protected from the prevailing wind off the lake by the many trees nearby.
