There are kayaks here to use for free. This is a private lake and we care a lot about our neighbors and the lake and keeping it a slice of Heaven

Cozy cottage that is nestled in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The four main restaurants on the lake are all within walking distance(5-10 minutes) from the cottage. A full playground is located across the street. Private pier access on Lake Wawasee is an easy three minute walk. The pier is large enough for 5-6 people to lay out on. The cottage has A/C units located upstairs and downstairs. The cottage sleeps six people via one queen bed, one pull out couch, and one futon.
