This 1830 brick farmhouse is nestled on a bluff overlooking the east fork river valley. The setting is quiet, pastoral, and private, with the exception of occasional family use of barn 400' away. Home was remodeled in 2018 with new kitchen and bath and complete makeover. 2 large covered porches Bath is upstairs and stairs are sturdy and safe, but original and slightly steep. Well equipped kitchen, sub zero fridge,microwave,dishwasher, toaster,coffee maker. Bring ice. Nice Bocce court too.

There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are Allowed.

The Old Home Place has the beauty of the country but only minutes from town. We are 4.2 miles from the Ark Encounter and less than an hour to The Creation museum, Cincinnati and Lexington. Our home is very peaceful, with something for all ages. The view from the back patio is stunning. We sit on 100 acres of land and there is a lot of nature to take in. A nice stroll back the ridge, or a game of pool, will offer you an enjoyable time away from home.
