We have a private and cozy spacious one bedroom basement space on Lake Opechee. This backyard walk out has a fireplace, private covered patio area as well as use of the grill, fire pit, canoe and kayaks. Off street parking is available. I'm also using extreme cleaning measures and time between guests to prevent possible virus transmission.
“Beautiful lakefront getaway! Great location for driving to nearby towns/restaurants, but also in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We loved canoeing and kayaking around the lake and to a nearby public beach. Also enjoyed relaxing in the chairs on the outdoor patio and around the firepit. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space. Comfortable bed. The small kitchen worked well for breakfasts and lunch prep before a day of adventuring. Heidi and her Great Dane were wonderful hosts - Would highly recommend!”

“Pat's Shack is truly "a room of one's own" in the placid woods of the Lakes Region. The room was so clean and accommodating, and the daily breakfast treats were so welcome. Just a nice vibe both in the shack and the property at large, especially the various seating areas overlooking the verdant back yard.”

I keep my private bed/bath off limits but the remainder of the home is yours to enjoy in private. I'm just a message away and can usually accommodate FLEXIBLE times if I know early. “Sharon’s place was amazing! The space itself was so clean and cozy and had everything we needed. There is a kitchen and an outdoor grill so we made all of our meals there (supermarket is nearby!) and ate them on the beautiful back deck. There is also an enclosed porch for rainy days. The property was incredible and made it easy to swim, kayak, or just lay out by the lake or pool. There were also great hikes within a 15 minute drive so we never had to go far for great things to do. Sharon was so easy to work with and was so kind and responsive to my questions. This was by far the best experience I’ve had on Airbnb and I can’t wait to go back to her place!”
