This one is perfect for the couple trying to get away and enjoy some privacy or a few fisherman headed to Lake Norfork. We also cater to traveling nurses and doctors. The Roost is very unique. This is the Deluxe one bedroom River unit # 4 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the White River State Park. Each unit is private like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms if available. Many rent #4 with unit #3 because it can be accessable. This deluxe unit sleeps 9 comfortably. There are 2 queen beds in the master, 1 full bed in the living area, and 3 twin folding beds for a comfortable stay. This unit overlooks the majestic White River.
