The house was clean and spacious. Perfect for our golf trip. Each of us have own bedrooms.

Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as the first! The location is perfect — close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping — making it a convenient spot for a relaxing getaway. Gosia was a wonderful host, always prompt in her responses and helpful with any questions we had. We’re looking forward to staying again in the future!

Melissa's listing was very nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans worked great. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had good water pressure. There was lots to do in Venice and a drive to Sarasota was at most an hour. It was also nice that beach items were supplied, such as chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. The house was also in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe at all times. I would definitely recommend to others!

Will definitely stay again if I ever come back this way. I wanted a place that had a private pool and was pet friendly. I got both. The neighborhood is peaceful. The house is very spacious and clean. One downside, there is no tv in the master bedroom but that was fine too. Don’t need to be in bed with a pool like this one. Thank you for allowing me to stay.

This place was perfect for us. family of 4 with 2 kids age 7 and 10. They loved the pool which was bigger then it looked from the photos, was very warm and garden well maintained. really happy with stay and Carrick was quick to respond when we ask questions. asked for a later check out which Carrick was able to accommodate. Great stay would recommend.

We loved the beautiful modern home, fully stocked kitchen, cool fireplace & pool. Our kids loved having access to a dock & kayaks where they could fish all day! There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Found THE BEST Latin grocery store 5 minutes away with fresh chips, salsa & super yummy desserts! We'll be back.. Thank you, Landon!

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

The place was very clean. We had everything we could need while there. The home was in a centralized location and very easy to get in and out of.

I cannot say enough about Teresa's home! It was SO clean. This was the first rental I walked into and didn't feel the need to re-wipe every surface. With small children that was a huge relief! The home is amazing. It literally has every thing you could ever need (even a suitcase scale!). The outdoor space was our favorite part. The pool is big, there is plenty of seating and a nice TV for playoff hockey games 👍 We had such a great time and we were so sad to leave. Teresa was wonderful - responsive and flexible when we ran into travel issues. We will always remember this house and hope we get to enjoy it again some day!

This house was absolutely amazing, located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, super clean and well stocked (best-stocked house I´ve ever stayed in- thank you Lauren). My family of four adults enjoyed all the thoughtful details throughout the house. It clearly shows great planning and anticipation of vacation-related needs. Very close to convenience stores (Publix, Walmart, Wholefoods and more) and retail shopping. The house is equipped with beach essentials and is about a 30-45 minute drive to nearby beaches. The pool area was very confortable,and a grill is provided! Lauren was easy to reach and responded very quickly to any questions we had about the house. I will most definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Kate’s place is absolutely beautiful! It’s like a little resort with great amenities and great location to everything. Her space was nice and clean and my favorite part was the outdoor area. I could have lounged out there all day! Kate is very helpful and responsive when I needed to get in touch with her. I will be back again!!

We had a great stay at Tyler’s place! It was a beautiful home and our dogs loved the backyard. The central location is Sarasota was perfect! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Lisa was so helpful! The place was beautiful and larger than it seems from the photos. We wanted to go fishing and I asked her about using a rod left by the kayaks and she brought over 4 fishing poles. It made for a great weekend. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Sunshine House. We walked daily at the nature preserve within the Bobby Jone’s golf course. My husband golfed there nearly every day. Shopping and restaurants were very convenient. The house was as pictured - clean, comfortable, thoughtfully put together. A great base from which to start our adventures and a comfortable home to which to return at the end of each day. Thank you!!
