Rouen is one hour away and the Normandy coast in continuity. The cottage is self-contained, next to owners' house.

Upstairs large master suite: large bedroom with park views, a shower room with views of the woods and a relaxing library desk.

Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.
