Very nice chalet, clean, well-equipped. The separate toilets are very appreciable. Air conditioning is also important because, as soon as the sun comes out, it gets hot. Very large terrace allowing you to eat comfortably while having the laundry drying and you can still move around (we were 1 couple with 3 small children)! Very nice pool with a space for children and a jacuzzi/bubbles time every hour. Quiet residence and wooded residence. We had a lovely week!

Really loved the property. Spacious and yet somehow felt so cozy and lovely. The property had a lot a thing to keep us entertained! Very secluded and peaceful to look at the scenery. And the host was really helpful and friendly to make our stay pleasant

Chris and Paul are really attentive to their customers. The cottage is quiet, the pool and jacuzzi are cleaned every day, the rental is very well thought out! All you have to do is show up! I highly recommend this gite. We will come back to it with great pleasure

Chris and Paul are great guys, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Eloi Merle is such a beautiful place that this was my second visit. First I stayed in one of the wonderful bedrooms in the main house, and this time in one of their gorgeous gites. The gardens were fabulous as was the spotless pool and jacuzzi. Olonzac is a lovely place to visit, with great restaurants, cafes, and very friendly people. Nothing was too much trouble for these two wonderful, hardworking gentlemen, and I will definitely return.

Well what can we say? Chris and Paul are the most perfect hosts of a perfect house, gites, garden and pool. Attentive but always aware of our space. They shared their knowledge of the area and made excellent recommendations - which we thoroughly enjoyed. We were looking for a relaxing holiday and our peaceful base in Lavande provided this over and above. Chris and Paul, you truly have something special!

Our stay at Annie's was wonderful, just what we were looking for for a time of rest and calm. The house is ideally located in a natural area and offers beautiful shaded areas during hot weather. The house itself offers several nice spaces and stays cool during the heat as well. The area is superb, we are 10 minutes from almost everything necessary and between 15 and 35 minutes to varied long-distance hiking trails. For swimming, the nice little spots in the nearby waterways and also along the Orb are fine. The pools of Lamaloux-les-Bains and Bédarieux are also great options to cool off. If wines are in your areas of interest, visits to small organic wine merchants or natural wines are also at your fingertips. We would highly recommend this place and this area.

Beautiful location in the middle of nature located directly on the river Orb. Small quiet place with pretty rockstone houses and very friendly residents.

Jean-Jacques was great to communicate with, he always got back very quickly to any query. The house was clutter free and had everything you’d wish for to make life easy whilst on holiday. Fab pool, which is the central feature, sparkling clean and well looked after. The downstairs is very open plan and opens up to a shady area with a small bbq. Kitchen has everything you need, and there is a laundry room with fridge freezer and another fridge for drinks etc. Lovely bedrooms (3) all with their own shower and toilet and the upstairs room has a great view of vineyards and has early morning sun, which is lovely. The house is in a village that has very little, but there is a supermarket about 6 km away and some good restaurants in villages and towns nearby. We had our own bikes and there are loads of great cycling tracks and routes in the area. Most enjoyable and hassle free holiday.

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped in a surprising and peaceful place, surrounded by vineyards overlooking Mont Saint Clair and the Etang de Thau. Great value for money. We recommend it!

Beautiful house separated into two parts, perfect for a large family or friends. Sheets (beds made) and towels provided as well as cleaning included are a big plus. The distance from the neighbors allowed us to take advantage of the pool thoroughly, especially with the 4 young children we had! Great welcome and availability. You will be won over.

We had a wonderful stay: a very well-equipped, "lively" apartment since rented part of the time but also regularly inhabited by its owners, a very studied "sea" decor, a quiet residence, close to all amenities: very large beaches, allowed dogs for some, shops, Luna-Park, karting... An ideal stop to discover the Thau pond, its unspoiled nature, by bike if necessary, its fishing villages and shellfish producers, Sète, etc. Listening hostesses, responsive, very pleasant during our exchanges. We highly recommend this rental and plan to come back to continue our discovery of the region!

The cottage is perfectly positioned with a lovely view over the nearby lake. The accommodation is bright, spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful place.

Very nice environment. The accommodation is consistent with the photos and tastefully decorated. It feels great for a romantic weekend in nature. Lots of things to do nearby. A very pleasant calm. And a special mention for Berlioz, who we really fell in love with. If he has gained weight, we apologize, but he is so cute. We loved our stay and will come back. Very kind and discreet host despite the proximity of their home. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Cottage in a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery. Large terrace without neighbors opposite, the other cottages being at a good distance and nice contact with the neighbors. Well-equipped apartment, air conditioning is a real plus when it's 35 degrees... Pleasant indoor pool where we could swim alone. A good base for visiting the region, enjoy the pleasant village of Homps (2-hour barge ride on the Canal du Midi with the company Croisières du Midi, very good)
