You also will have access to a full sized refrigerator in the garage a mere 2 steps out your door and covered parking.

Roxton Chaparral Trail is 126 yds from the house. Rock Falls Park is 1/4 of a mile N. It is a favorite place to take pictures. Roxton has bank , 24 hr ATM, PO, Cafe, City Drug Store and Chaparral museums , pay at pump gas station and library. A 15 mile drive to downtown Paris and 20 mile to major shopping area.
